J’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration soignée et originale, surtout du coin bar et des salons. Le joli jardin était très agréable aussi.
On a mangé correctement correctement mais j’ai trouvé les prix un peu surfaits pour une cuisine classique
I have chosen and paid a lot for 2 nights and there were No good internet, bathroom was so bad . So far food wasn’t good too. I’m afraid if I would pay this money I could book an amazing room with great service in Westminster so far .!!!

I read that I was going to get a garden view I ended up with a roof top view.
Our sleep was disturbed by banging doors near our room .
Room decor needs refurbished and carpet had lots of stains.
Lovely location. Very clean.
The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. On arrival I think it was Liz who booked us in was lovely.
We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent.
When I wanted a nightcap the two gentleman serving went out there way to make my drink.
The breakfast was also very good.
I would definitely recommend the hotel and return.
We stayed 2 nights the staff were friendly and helpful the choice of food was good the decor of the hotel was quirky but nice lots of history to the hotel nice walk into Bowness very beautiful part of the country

Location of the property was good
There is no room service. The phones installed in the rooms are only for incoming . You can't even call the reception . Travelling with a toddler needs some extra support and service. Not suitable for a family travelling with toddlers
