Another good stay
Pros:

Staff are pleasant and friendly, the food is really good, room is okay has everything you need

a lot things maybe the fact loads of kids were in the pool etc at peak time for a spa day at 4 pm on saturday that's the only reason i booked it for peace and quiet the jazucci was out of order it was freezing my my rooms and small size tv with 1 channel that's worked bed very awful not comfy 1 towel between 2 adults

Good but disappointing stay.
Pros:

Room was very nice with lots of amenities, large bathroom, with small shower in corner. Bed was very good and we had a good night sleep.

Cons:

The fact that we were offered an upgrade to the penthouse and the price was accepted, until we arrived and were told they were all full. Not happy as this was my wifes birthday and looking forward to it all week. They told me nothing about the upgrade on the system, so I can only assume this was a booking.com problem. The lady on the desk was apologetic though which was nice.

Relaxing break….
Pros:

Clean rooms. Nice surroundings. Good spa and swim facility. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

It was a busy evening and we had to wait for our dinner way too long. staff offered complimentary drinks to compensate. But the could have planned better.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. We were really warm however there was a ceiling fan that kept up cool through the night. Leisure facilities are lovely and so warm. Especially with a toddler made it easier than normal to go in and out of the pool. Totally worth the money and 100% would stay again.

Loved the location, Staff were so polite and helpful and facilities were amazing.
