Room over looking course make sure you get the balcony room
Food wasn’t great at all
Een mooie omgeving, mooie golfbaan en restaurant. Het zwembad en health center waren ook prima.
De badkamer was niet goed schoongemaakt, gebruiksresten van personen ervoor waren nog zichtbaar. Ook was het heel gehorig met houten vloeren, een krakend bed en dunne muren. Als er mensen over de gang liepen kon je horen wat ze zeiden en de branddeuren sloegen keihard dicht, ook midden in de nacht.

We were in room 137. It overlooks the power plant building containing a huge engine, presumably AC. The noise is bad, particularly if you have to open tge windows due to the heat

Nice hotel and grounds. Evening restaurant staff were lovely. Kids eat free was good.
We have visited the Abbey Hotel a few times and it’s our go to place when we come up to visit my daughter. It’s dig friendly which works really well too

Got off to a bad start as obvious to us now when we was booking and select rooms I’m guessing the best executives room was put to illustrate which is misleading sales technique especially if someone is booking that holds a disabled badge that required walk in shower due to ulcer legs and bad mobility and the sofa bed as extra space as shifts about a lot with spine infection and we received neither …. Attention to detail wasn’t good either top shelf in wardrobe I wiped out was full of dust the buffet to use at the dressing table was broken had loose legs the chairs well one hasn’t been steamed I think ever the stains on it were disgusting .. had to come for toilet rolls was left with one ….. the fan was a great additional feature
Had to ask for fresh eggs as the ones on the hot plate were like cardboard but apart from that good ,lots to choose from . We ate on a evening too and food was good too ,had to wait for condiments to come to the table ,really they should have been put on the table before the food came.
Had a few drinks sat overlooking the golf course with was really nice
it’s was so nice and friendly team. charlotte was especially lovely

Parking. People park anywhere and the staff don't keep a log of registration numbers for non hotel guests so I was blocked in my space by someone visiting for a conference
