great room, facilities in the spa were quite clean. Nice meal in the hotel restaurant.
I didn't like that a man was taking photos of his child in the spa on Sunday morning. He stopped when I asked him to because his child (under 5) was next to me in the jacuzzi, no staff were around to ask him to get the child out of the jacuzzi
We were welcomed so politely by the reception staff. Offered complimentary drinks at the bar. The bar staff were also lovely. Facilities were great. Although should hire out a lock for a low cost for the lockers as we didn’t have one.
The rooms were very small and compact. There was no plugs to the side of the bed which was an issue. All around the rooms / hotel it didn’t look clean around the skirting boards which I think is really important. Around the breakfast area by the drinks station it looked thick with dust.
We also moved the beds and underneath there was bobbles and other objects that hadn’t been cleaned.
We stripped the beds before departure and the sheets that are being used are covered in stains which didn’t feel nice knowing we had slept in that.
The food was amazing as always staff were so friendly too and the room was really spacious beds were comfy
I had my 12 week old boy in his pram because I thought the travel cot was a bit to low but that was just me personally and my boy is used to sleeping up higher in his moses basket/bassinet but apart from that everything was good

I asked for a double bed but it was 2 single beds put together. I did phone the hotel after the booking to check it was a double bed and was told it was but then when arriving at the hotel and room it was 2 single bed but overall it was a very nice stay

TV in room wasn’t tuned
The staff were really lovely , so helpful and accomadating.. the food was delicious! The beds were really comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. The showers were great!
Rooms were quite dated, carpet fraying.. sloped ceiling and bashed my head 3 times because of this!
Had to wait quite a while for breakfast to come out and found some of the food was cold.
Swimming times were very restricted and having children we want to be able to use the pool at more convenient times.. The swimming pool times clashed with going for breakfast! Which is very unfair and disappointing. The pool was absolutely packed and no spare seats/beds on the side, so overall quite disappointed by the leisure facilities.
There were no robes and slippers for guests.. and for a 4 star hotel we expected a lot more for our money to be honest.
Use of the pool and spa facilities, and complementary drink was a welcome bonus. It was good value
