For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.

Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.

It will do in a pinch but not a place I'd stay again.
Pros:

It's right next to the Yogū station so that was very convenient. However, that line isn't very useful for most out-of-town people. But proximity to the station was awesome. Plus, it's a quiet, residential area. That's great for those who struggle with noise at night.

Cons:

For the money, it was a downgrade from most places I've stayed for equal cost. It was a 2-3 star place at best, despite the washer/dryer which I didn't need anyway. I even upgraded my room type. I've stayed in Ginza for less. It felt a bit rundown, overall. I often move from hotel to hotel each night, and this was definitely a 1-nighter. I also use Booking.com exclusively for my Asia travels and have a great success rate at finding lovely places that fit my budget. So, it'll do in a pinch, especially if you just need a place to crash without fuss. With a slightly less price point, it would be fine.

Pros:

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and our room was perfect for the two of us. It was clutch to have a washer/dryer in the room. The location was amazing and the staff were all incredibly friendly.

Great location and great hotel.
Pros:

The location was amazing. Free latte/espresso machine in the lobby. (it was broken 1 day, but worked great the rest of the time). The laundry was great! And they even supplied detergent. I also liked that they had options re: housecleaning.

Cons:

I didn't love the bed, but that's a subjective thing. I stayed 6 nights and would absolutely stay there again.

Very convenient stay in yoga
Pros:

Perfect location at the yoga station. Very nice and quiet neighborhood

Pros:

まず、スタッフさんたちがみなさん親切で感じが良かった。また、お部屋もベッドも広く、ソファまであって、ゆったり過ごすことができました。電子レンジも室内にあったので、とても助かりました！

Cons:

少し残念だったのは、化粧水や乳液などのアメニティが置いていなかったところ。

立地や値段を考慮すると良かった
Pros:

渋谷まで1本で行くことができる利便性と用賀駅から徒歩1分で到着する。
またキッチンやドラム式洗濯機がある部屋に泊まったのでとても利用しやすかった。

ユニットバスの清掃が行き届いていないと感じる。
