Very helpful and kind staff. Great breakfast, clean rooms. There isn’t an elevator. Didn’t affect us at all but worth mentioning in case someone has issues with stairs or incredibly heavy belongings.

The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller in our 2 bedrooms hotel

The lady at the reception, Tamara, is the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen. Zero qualifications to work in hospitality. The way she knocks on doors in itself gives anxiety. Hotel is noisy specially if you’re on the first floor and you can hear her voice from everywhere. Good luck sleeping! The bed was comfortable though and the water pressure was good. The location is minimum 20 mins walking from town which I find far and inconvenient

My mum contracted covid after I had booked this hotel and I tried to cancel the booking within 10 hours of booking and this despicable excuse for a hotel, refused to cancel the booking and charged me $1550. They are a faceless, money hungry organization with no values whatsoever. Please do not stay here!

Very basic apartment, but clean and spacious. Friendly staff. 15 minute walk to old town. Short walk to beach.

We Loved it here… Clean, Comfortable beds, good shower, great size 2 bedroom apartment, quiet location, close to everything.
The staff were fantastic, super attentive and always helpful offering great advice to where the locals go to swim. Just one of the beautiful beach’s is a 1 minute walk away and it’s a lazy 20minute easy flat stroll into Old Town Hvar. Added bonus was the local supermarket that was a 1 minute walk up the street, where we bought fresh bread, meats, cheeses and wine!

This is a lovely hotel with spacious rooms. The room was very clean and the staff were lovely and friendly. Our room had a balcony and clothes airer. the hotel had a lift. Breakfast was served on the ground floor terrace and it had a good variety of hot and cold food to suit everyone.
There was a supermarket just 5 minutes up the road and a lovely Italian restaurant beside the supermarket.
It was probably a 15 minute walk into town and 5 minutes from the sea.

Great location and view and close to the esplanade and downtown.

Tyvärr är städningen mycket dålig, utförs bara var tredje dag och då på ett extremt slarvigt sett. Vi var där under 10 dagar och badkaret städades under tiden inte alls.

We had a little balcony to drink our coffee in the morning and see the sea. We loved having our own kitchen so we cooked and save quite some money (eating out is expensive). There was no noise outside and the people working there were very nice. It's not a luxury aparthotel, but it's everything you need. Nothing more, nothing less. We would definitely go back.

My wife and I visited Croatia in June-July 2019. After we were done with our first stop Dubrovnik, we drove to Hvar Island. We were booked at Apart Hotel Pharia by my travel agent here in India.

First of all Hvar, though is a beautiful Island, has very narrow streets. So rent a small car. I had a hard time negotiating my C Class Mercedes Benz. Also Apart Hotel Pharia itself in located on a pretty narrow street. Its parking is difficult to enter. Though there is an additional parking just down the street.

The hotel itself was lovely. We had a great one bedroom apartment, nice dining cum pantry area, balcony, toilet and shower and every thing was well desingned and elegant. Staff is super nice and friendly. Breakfast was also very good appropriate with the small hotel standard.

Overall I highly recommend this property.

Small & pity old apartment though I selected the 2-room apartment and feel not very clean. Limited facilities within the apartment. You have to walk up many stairs made you frustrated, especially when you taking heavy luggages.
The reception was helpful and guide you the shortcut to downtown and introduce restaurant of your budget.

This hotel went above our expectations. First we got upgraded to an apartment. Next the warm breakfast is really good. We had a night with rain and they helped us get food delivered to our apartment. We also forgot a charger in our apartment and they were able to send it to Dubrovnik! The only downside is that it's a 15 minute walk to the center. That being said the walk is along the coast and absolutely gorgeous!

We had a nice one bed apartment nice balcony great views. It is nice having a separate lounge with a kitchen dinner. The only thing missing in the kitchen was an oven as a suggest a small oven/microwave would be a great addition. The staff here are great nothing is to much trouble we even had a sing Housekeeper. It is 2 minutes from a small beech down 5 minutes back and you can walk along the coast in to Hvar 15 minutes. Up the hill is a supermarket (small) and a really nice restaurant do try it. we will be back.

The appartment was very Nice, with separate kitchen, livingroom and bedroom. The view from the balcony was amazing ! The appartment was very clean. We only went down some stake to Get to the Beach. There was a Nice boardwalk to reach the city center of Hvar

The location is fine if you like a 15min walk into town (which we do). However, the reception staff member never mentioned it was walkable when I asked how to get back into town. So we got taxis.

The images of the property present it in the very best light.
The room was small basic but clean. Bed was very comfortable.

We were in room 105, top of first flight of stairs in main building. I was woken 3 or 4 times in the night by guests and the night staff having a chat in early hours. The stairway acts channels the noise extremely effectively.

In the morning, we were leaving before breakfast (was included). However, the staff would not give us a bottle of gratis - even though they didn’t have to provide breakfast.

The building and the yard also looks nice and maintained, close to the beach promenade and one secluded beach just 100m far.
