Important information:

The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.

Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.

Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.


We will be carrying out renovation work on the lobby and courtyard as shown below.
During this period, noise and vibration may occur depending on the time of day.

Worth the price!
Pros:

The stay felt very homely, and I especially liked the common lobby area. Having a washing machine and mini-fridge in the room was very convenient and made the stay even more comfortable.

The hotel is also very well located just about a 5-minute walk from the Yotsuya metro/JR station, which made getting around very easy.

Although the room looked a bit small at first, it was thoughtfully designed and felt comfortable rather than congested.

The staff were very supportive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and they kindly helped us store our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout.

Convenient location, great room facilities
Pros:

The location is very convenient, close to Yotsuya station which has great access to both Shinjuku and Tokyo station with JR and subway lines. The room is spacious and has a washing machine and dining facility, so we could wash clothes whenever we want and could buy bread from nice bakeries outside and have it as breakfast in the room.

This was my second time staying this hotel. I noticed they replaced air conditioner, washing machines, wall paper and decors etc to new ones, and they gave us extra comfort.

スタッフの方の心遣いが　気が利いてて親切で心地よかった。
Pros:

急遽お通夜と葬儀が入ったため先に子供を向かわせましたが安全に過ごせました。
軽食のパンがおいしくてフリードリンクもありまったりできました。
アクセスの良さ　室内に洗濯機あり　コンビニなど便利でした。

Cons:

ベッドが固かった。　床をはだしで歩くと真っ黒になった。
炭酸水は強くしてほしい。
ミニキッチンでのレシピを提案してほしい。
キッチンばさみが欲しかった。

Dirty rooms
Pros:

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s very run down and dirty. Our room is awful. It smells musty, the bathroom has mold and is dirty, the entry way tile is dirty, the kitchen area is run down and doesn’t look sanitary. We wanted to stay somewhere a little nicer, as we are celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. Needless to say we are very disappointed. The price is way too high, it’s giving motel vibes. We will not stay here again.

位置方便，如果有機會會再入住
Pros:

雙床房，空間可以打開2個28吋行李箱，不擁擠，房間有洗脫烘衣機，會優先考慮住宿的部分，熱水夠熱。

訂2個房間，其中1間浴缸有點不通會積水，隔天早上向櫃檯反應，第3晚有改善問題。如果在第2晚能改善更好。

櫃檯人員服務態度很好
Pros:

4個單人床很舒適，帶回來的晚餐冷掉了有微波爐加熱，非常方便，抹茶拿鐵好喝。
