The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.
For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.
Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.
Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.
We will be carrying out renovation work on the lobby and courtyard as shown below.
During this period, noise and vibration may occur depending on the time of day.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

I stayed on the 8th floor and the view from my room was beautiful. On a nice clear day I could see mt Fuji!! Made the money very worth it

Fridge with a freezer was a nice surprise. Also had a washing machine. So for those doing a longer stay a good option. The balcony was nice and being able to open outside door for lots of fresh air.
Too far from night life, resteraunt options, and activities. The metal cabinets on balconies were not properly secured and banged all night long in the wind.
Very nice location with well connected trains, I liked the balcony very much and comfortable bed and tv with YT and Netflix!

Our room was filthy on arrival. Mold in multiple spots in bathroom. Hairs scattered around the bathroom - on the bath, on the ground, on the walls, on the ceiling! Behind the toilet lid also dirty and with a urine stain… The room was cleaned to an acceptable level the next day upon request. Staff were disinterested and unapologetic for the level of filth. No offer to change rooms or any sort of fix other than a mediocre clean
Great budget hotel in a convenient location between Tokyo station and Shinjuku so easy to get to the Royal Palace gardens and the shopping at Shinjuku. The staff were very accommodating, kind and friendly with service with a smile. It has an onsite self serve cafeteria, a Family Mart right next door and a fantastic Pizza Pasta restaurant across the road not to mention many more choices.
Make sure you get a room with a City view not street. Everything was great!.
I liked the location of the hotel. It was really good
It was not too clean. The air-conditioner, the extractor of the bathroom smells really bad. The thing in the rooms were not so clean I was able to see that for example the bathroom like the shower, or where the toilet paper was placed was dusty, the carpets were not so clean. The thing of daily use like towels or blankets was clean but evidently the other things are not deeply clean with frequency which was not enjoyable.
Very spacious room, in a quiet and safe location, 5mins from metro, room had powerful Air conditioning, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker etc so very convenient. There is a family mart next door if you need anything. Hotel has 24hr access to free tea/coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Staff struggled with English but wasn't a big issue as you just use a translator app to get message across. Breakfast comes as frozen that you heat up in your own room - pricey for what it is.

Decent size for a room in Tokyo. Close to the train station. In room laundry.
