The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.

For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.

Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.

Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.


We will be carrying out renovation work on the lobby and courtyard as shown below.

Really pleasant
Pros:

Washing machine, kitchenette. Location, near yotsuya station, convenient stores and free coffee/hot chocolate drinks. Mini croissants after 3pm was a pleasant surprise.

員工專業且親切。因為住5天，第三天要求打掃房間，卻告知只能換毛巾跟倒垃圾。

Pros:

Booked last minute and knew it won’t be great. The staff are not great at this hotel - and defo not a reflection of the Japanese hospitality we’d heard of. Quite rude in their tone and mannerisms. This is not a luxury hotel, so standards will reflect that. But customer service is key, esp if you want guests back.

Cons:

Staff need better training on how to respond to customers - this is quite basic.

Pros:

The lobby refreshments- constant supply of ice and sparkling water, plus daily free aperol spritz!
The loan power adapter was very helpful for charging devices
Washing machine in the room is fab

Pros:

Lage ist ganz gut. Das Zimmer war für Japan-Verhältnisse gut von der Größe her. Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Wir reisen viel, aber wir hatten noch nie, dass das Zimmer zwar schon fertig war, aber wenn wir vor 15Uhr rein wollten wir extra zahlen mussten. Zwei Stunden früher hat uns somit über 30€ gekostet...
Im Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen.

Perfect for travelling with a young family. The staff were always helpful and the facilities met our needs.
Pros:

Great location, close to metro, shops and tourist attractions.

Loved the convenience of having a kitchenette and laundry facilities in the room. Makes travelling with young children a lot easier.
