We felt safe, it was close enough to Shibuya station to be walkable and it was clean and comfortable
Pros:

It had a washer/ dryer in the room and a kettle, hotplate, fridge and dishes.

Cons:

There should have been a coffee machine in the lobby instead of charging 480 yen for a black cup of coffee. The Tokyu stay in Kyoto had that.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The extra space with the kitchen and washing machine was a definite plus. Staff were very nice and the place was spotless. It was a little ways away from main area which made it nice and quiet.

A Home Run for us.
Pros:

For us this was a home run. We opted for a superior twin and the room was large and included washer/dryer and a kitchenette. Staff was awesome with good English among them and locaton worked well for us. Quiet area with plenty around and about 10-15 minutes to the Shibuya chaos. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, loved our stay.

Great hotel and great location
Pros:

The location is excellent, it's super easy to walk to Shibuya but far enough away to keep out of the madness. The hotel itself was very nice, the staff were very friendly and the amenities provided were also excellent.
