I loved the kitchenette and washing machine in the room—that was super nice to be able to make tea and wash our clothes halfway through the trip! Our room was also very spacious for Tokyo stays (balcony, full bathroom with door not off of bed, kitchenette). Staff was incredibly friendly and the location was on a quiet street close to everything.
This was our first place in Japan (arrived via cab from Haneda). It has comfortable and spacious family style rooms with bunks with balcony, both bathtub and shower with separate sink area, a market right across from hotel lobby and is on a quiet side street with a variety of restaurants. Also a quick and easy 10min walk to the famous Shibuya crossing, one of the coolest districts in Tokyo as well as the beautiful Yoyogi park (and “pignic”cafe if you have kids).. From hotel we were easily able to be picked up for a private highlights of Tokyo day trip. Everything was comfortable and quiet, handy magnets outside door to indicate service needed. Fridge and kettle. Pajamas as well as many extras included. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Can’t think of much. Maybe balcony was small with limited view but still So nice to have an outdoor space.
Hotel was well located in Shibuya whilst still being quiet, close to local amenities and small bars/restaurants. Room was an okay size and included in-suite laundry.
No coffee in room, no breakfast included and the room was smaller than similar prices in Osaka and Kyoto which also had far greater facilities on offer.
Bed was comfortable, has all the basic things you need.
Though the location seems close to all the main shops, getting back is quite a walk (going uphill/ incline) and if you do a lot of shopping like we did, carrying it all back was a bit of a workout. Something to consider if you’re not a fan of incline walks! Great news if you want to get your steps in though!

In a nice neighbourhood with cool restaurants at night. 5 minute walk to the train station. Bathroom was bigger than the usual Japanese standard.
Staff at the reception spoke English fluently but wasn’t helpful when asked for suggestions on the best transportation mode to the airport.
I loved the convenience of having their own money exchange in the lobby. Saved us a lot of time. And 2 convenience stores are near the hotel.
I loved our stay but it would have been nice if daily cleaning is arranged, not just the changing of towels. But overall, would still recommend and would definitely stay here again.
great hotel located in a great area of shibuya about 10-minutes walk from shibuya station and the crossing, and 4 minutes from shinsen station. The area around it is packed with everything you need to be comfortable. The hotel is modern and with very friendly and accommodating staff, and the room were a comfortable size with great amenities available.
