Great location.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to the Shibuya crossing area but tucked away enough that you weren’t right in the thick of it. There is a supermarket right across the hotel which is is good if you want something more substantial than Family Mart.

Cons:

The bathroom was too cramped and smelled a bit musty. We stayed at another location in Tokyo that has the same set up, it seems like it’s a boxed room that’s added to the overall room layout of the make sense, rather than just another room in the apartment.

房間內有洗衣機(而且有洗衣精)跟微波爐，很方便。環境安靜、舒服。

Cons:

從澀谷車站走到飯店需要經過一段坡道(道玄坂)，如果帶大行李要從車站走過去，會提得有點辛苦。

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and very clean.
The room was of a very high standard, the highest of all the hotels we stayed in in Tokyo.
The service was excellent and the treatment we received was perfect.
