Overall nice accommodation but don’t know if I would stay again
Pros:

- location central to the city 10-15 mins walk to main Shibuya station and 5 mins to a local station
- nice quiet area with plenty of bars/restaurants
- good size for Tokyo (but small compared to most places)
- washer/dryer in the room but be cautious as it’s a LONG cycle (we put washing on at 8am and it still hadn’t finished at 1pm)
- small balcony attached to room
- late checkout till 1pm for 10,000 yen

Cons:

- no daily cleaning
- expensive for what is was and what you get
- the bathroom was tiny
- the time it took the laundry machine
- no views
