地下鉄・JRどちらの水道橋駅からも近くで便利でした。歩くのが遅めでもせいぜい5分くらい（体感的にはそんなに歩いた感じはしない）です。東京ドームも近くてわかりやすくて良かったです。
部屋に洗濯機（洗剤も置いてくれてます！）、電子レンジがあり助かりました！朝食は洋食を選びましたが、パンもスープもシリアルもおいしくて、満腹感もありました。
スタッフの方はどなたも親切でした。
東京ドームやカナデビアホールにライブ参戦することがあれば、また是非泊まりたいです。
デスクの手前の床が何故か濡れていて、ちょっとびっくりしました（靴下で歩いて気が付きました）でもスリッパを履いたので大丈夫でした。
スタッフが明るく適切
バスルームの洗面所の取っ手が外れる、おふろの温度調節も外れてた。
安ければしょうがないでしょう感丸出しでした。
何度か利用していますが、東京ドームには便利なので助かりますが、今回は残念でした。
ドラム式洗濯乾燥機に液体洗剤も付いていた。
バスルームが広めで、シャワーヘッド、シャンプー、ヘアドライヤーの全てがRefa。
2ドアの冷凍冷蔵庫など。
長期間滞在にぴったり。
スタッフも清掃員に至るまで感じが良かった。
悪くなくて、むしろ私はそれで良かったけど、宿泊中の清掃はなく、タオル等の交換のみ。
こじんまりとして、感じの良いホテルでした。
ベッドが少しちいさめなので少し苦労した。
反対側から降りる事ができないので、不便を感じました。

一つだけ残念だったのは、到着早々洗面所を使用した時に、どう見ても拭き掃除が行き届いてなかったのが、がっかりだった。
