Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was close to the Arena

Cons:

The room was a little disappointing
With it not being as clean as it should.. I asked for Towels and a quick clean/trash take out and never received it.

The misleading online pictures.

Cons:

Worst stay I've ever had. I think I would've rather stayed in my car. Rooms dirty, staff rude and not helpful, hidden charges and fees, misleading online information and when you bring it up you get the run around. Never again will I stay here. I've never had a bad review and normally I'll just go about my life and say it is what it is. But this time, I felt like this needed said. If you have no other options. Find one..the bench would be better.

Affordable location for staying downtown
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Spacious room. Good location for city at a more reasonable price than hotels in the middle of downtown.

Cons:

Left my luggage for the day after checking out. It worked fine but my bag was obviously behind the front desk all day and anyone could have said it was theirs and taken it. They need a check tag or at least to id the person picking up.

The hotel and room was very nice but $80 parking for our two day stay was shockig.
Pros:

Being in the downtown area at a fair price except for the $40 a day parking which was not disclosed beforehand. There were comments on reviews by people who have stayed there said it was odd that only $2 just should have been in the price of the stay. When did it jump to close to $40 a day?

Cons:

They stupid gate that the screen was difficult to read in bright sunlight, We were not given directions as to how to use the system of parking. Also, none of the employees informed us of the availabilty of the food service right there at the hotel until we discovered it the last day of our stay.

Proximity to PPG Arena. Room was large and well furnished.

Cons:

Unable to modify the A/C—it was too cold and the fan speed much too high. Made room very uncomfortable!

Also, I ordered a Diet Pepsi and it was flat — that’s all they had??? And, no bread except white??
