I would stay there again the next time I am in Pittsburgh
Pros:

Exceptional staff. Even the 5:30 AM Wake-up call was exceptionally pleasant. Attractive and comfortable lobby and Bar/Restaurant area. Pool was excellent. I would stay here again if I were going to be in Pittsburgh. Keep up the good work.

Cons:

I would have liked a clock in the room. I cannot get used to the fact that hotels rooms are only cleaned every three days. For the price I think it should be every day if only to empty wastebasket, refresh towel supply and refresh coffee supplies. I did mention it to the front desk, and they sent up fresh towels and refreshed the coffee service. Also, for some reason there was no bar of hand soap in the room. I used the bottle of shampoo that was provided. I would also have liked to have room service as I was not feeling well one of the days I was staying at the Cambria - travel related. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world over 50 years of travelling.

Great place to stay if you’re going to PPG. Literally, it’s next door!
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful from the time we pulled in and the Security Guard showed us where to park and that he would be on duty. Felt very safe.

Cons:

We arrived a little early, our room easy ready and we asked if we could go to the pool. Was told you had to be checked in before you could use the pool/ hot tub. T

Very disappointing stayed there before and in Pittsburgh several times this hotel has definitely gone downhill
Pros:

The only good thing is it close to the PPG

Cons:

It was dirty, not friendly an expensive. Stayed there before and enjoyed. We’ll probably never stay there again, especially for the money you pay not worth it.

Expensive, misleading, but now we know for future to add an additional $150 to our hotel stay for undisclosed costs
Pros:

Right next door to PPG

Cons:

$100 hold fee that wasn’t disclosed at booking & parking is $39 a day plus tax. The snacks/drinks in the lobby cost was $20 for 2 waters and 2 pops..
