Pros:

The best part of our stay was Lisa, Mandy and Nick at the bar!!!!!. The room was very clean. But the woman at the front desk was miserable, and half of the options for breakfast were not available.

because of location they stay busy, reminded me of motel six has a great lobby terrible rooms

food on floor, surfaces not clean, light fixtures not plugged in, refrigerator did not work (they brought a new one), bathroom floor under and edges filthy, furnishing worn out, wall mirror not broke but sprung from frame.

Pros:

It was very convenient and the "living room"

Cons:

There was 1 small garbage can and no liner in the entire room. Fridge just about fell out of the cubby hole when u opened tomhe door (missing a foot). The creamer for coffee was chunky (spoiled)

Had a great stay and was glad to leave car parked and have a minute walk to PPG.
Pros:

Very close to PPG arena with very easy parking.

Cons:

I didn’t like that our bathroom wasn’t clean. Lots of hairs and the toilet had urine on it from previous guests.

Front desk staff wasn’t over friendly , room dirty , no power on the second day.
Pros:

Location was close to where we were going. Lobby was nice

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty . Stains on carpet, one looked like blood , hair in bedding , hole in bathroom door , dusty , refrigerator and microwave not cleaned , mildew/mold around the refrigerator , dirty trash can and no bag in it , food spilled in chair, rip in sofa, covered with tap, drip of pee on toilet .
Bed very uncomfortable . Went back to the hotel after our busy day and hotel had zero power .
We checked out a day early. Waste of money . Would like a refund .

Price to park when staying with them uncomfortable beds refrigerator was frozen pool hours no electricity when arrived and was granted late check out even for the inconvenience and the room was expensive to start which would be ok with out all the negatives!@

Electric was out which not their fault and system rebooting but lengthy check in and not the most pleasant … also needed assistance leaving at gate and rang - had to end up walking inside and no one was around
