El desayunado fue bien
La habitación es horrible
Incredible location. The room was spacious.
Property getting a little tired, needs a renovation. Bar needs to hire more staff for a big event next door. They were overwhelmed and disorganized. People waited 15-20 minutes for drinks.
Location
Great location, spacious room
Bar prices were outrageous.
Staff was friendly
Pool area wasn’t that great.
Location, room , parking and staff.

Location is great if you're wanting to stay downtown. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Guest services reached out daily via text to make sure all of our needs were met. Breakfast by Mr. Charles in the kitchen was exceptional and he was very friendly and came out and greeted me and my son and wanted to know how everything tasted which added a personal touch. Our waitress was super friendly (I forgot her name, she was the Friday morning waitress for my stay May 15) She was extremely busy but made sure to check on us and gave us everything we asked for. Beautiful smile and personality! Great stay and would definitely stay here again!
Didn't have breakfast included.
Room old and need of refurbishment. Complained to staff 10 minutes after arrival. No other room available despite booking in September 25. Debbie front desk manager asked next morning at 7am why I was allocated this appalling standard of a room only to be met with protestations and subsequently overcharged as well at £347 .Terrible customer service and very obnoxious woman.
Absolutely devastated to be allocated as a last resort a Handicapped room which felt dirty, unclean and badly in need of a total refurbishment. Had booked an 8 night stay and had no choice but to stay 1 night only. Then the Front of house manager Debbie proceeded to grossly overcharge me at £347+ and also take the other nights from my CC. This got refunded eventually but I had to fight with Booking.com to get the £347 reduced. I'd booked this in September 25 but as I didn't arrive until 10.30pm was given the last available room. Terrible customer service and attitude from her.
The location.
The fact that I was charged more than what I was told on booking.com.
One day, the female waitress that served breakfast told us we couldn't have drinks with our food because it wasn't part of the breakfast package we got.
Also, the couch in our room needs replaced and the tvs need updated for people who like to stream shows versus watching local channels.
The hotel is great and the bed is very cozy! The breakfast staff made my morning, they were so supportive and friendly and my breakfast was delicious (egg blt on croissant- yum!) - would definitely stay here again!
Hotel was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
Upon check in we were told parking overnight would be $29. That was it. Scanned my code on the parking ticket the next day and said I owed $95 for parking. Checked my bank account and had a hold for $100 and another hold for $39. Asked front desk when checking out why my parking ticket said we owed $95. All she said was scan ticket at the gate and then scan another code to show we paid. At the gate when I scanned the ticket it said we owed $100. Went back in to ask and she could not give us an answer other than that's just how it works. The next day the $100 was no longer pending. Parking ended up being $39 but the whole process was very confusing. I feel like the front desk should be able to explain why and explain that when you check in that even though the parking will say you owe $100 not to worry you will not be charged $100. There were at least 4 other people going in to ask the same question when exiting the parking lot. Very weird.
The food cooked by Chef Charles was very delicious also after complementing him I found him to be Avery gracious man A man that you would like to have as a friend
