Pros:

Proximity to PPG Arena. Room was large and well furnished.

Cons:

Unable to modify the A/C—it was too cold and the fan speed much too high. Made room very uncomfortable!

Also, I ordered a Diet Pepsi and it was flat — that’s all they had??? And, no bread except white??

Pros:

Location was great for the trip’s purpose.
Parked for free overnight on street in front of hotel. The

Cons:

The toilet clogged. The door latch randomly prevented entrance into the room. Food was left in the refrigerator. Hair was on the pillows and in the shower.

Pros:

This hotel is the best if you have an event at PPG arena. Location couldn’t be better.

Cons:

I wish they were more open about parking charge. We did not realize there was a separate parking fee until we got there and checked in.

One night stay
Pros:

Room size was good. Location was good. Breakfast was good. Water pressure was good. Noise level was good. Check-in/ out was easy.

Cons:

Parking, was on-site but expensive !! Navigating the exit was tight for our large truck.The room was very dark and poorly lit. The bedroom window looked out to a brick wall. The mattress was very hard so we didn't sleep well.

Breakfast was fire gotta give the cook a 10 outta 10 and the pool and hot tub every good room was what I expected and tht bout it

The rooms could be a little cleaner found goldfish under bed and makeup brush in couch
