Room was very convenient since it is quiet and has in-room washer/dryer. The bathroom is pretty spacious compared to other hotels we stayed at. Room itself is spacious too.
The room were little apart from the reception check in area. Location is little more work to move around if you travel to the station around taking in account if we are not familiar with the area. We got lost a lot trying to return to the hotel even with Google map.
Laundry in the room was great. the view was very peaceful

On this our second stay here we were shocked to be directed to their different location down an alleyway nearby. (Wondered if it was an overflow facility?)
The room was extremely unsuitable for two, standing room only, poor light, no place for bags.
I paid additional money to get a different room back at main building. Staff were vy sorry and helpful in making this change. I refused to stay in the original allocated room!

Perfect location, very close to the station, super convenient. The room was very cute and organized, including even a microwave and washing machine. I was very happy with this hotel choice for my stay in Tokyo.
Because I stayed a little longer in this hotel, I wish regular room cleaning was included.

This was minor, but there were no washcloths in the bathroom. Not sure if that’s the case for all hotels in Japan. US hotels we’ve been used to having wash cloths. But they did have a body sponge in the lobby available for guests to take. My husband was able to buy some at 7-11.
