Great location, very close to Shibuya station. There’s also a 24 hr convenience store right next door. Hotel staff are very helpful as well. Plus you can stream Netflix on their smart TV.
It’s not very clearly communicated that you need to make a request for full room service at a price (although it was not expensive).

The location was good. About 10min walk to Shibuya Station and Shopping area. It’s central to anywhere we needed to go. Having washer/dryer in the room was handy and access to coffee machines at the lobby was good for coffee drinkers and it was good.
The pillows weren’t comfortable and bed was ok
The washer in the room provided convenience to wash the clothes instead of going to a laundromat.
There was no connecting room which would be great for families travelling with kids

The room was very small, smaller than expected. Balcony also smaller than expected.
We stayed here recently for eight nights. The location is excellent if you plan to explore the city using the train system as Shibuya stop is only a short walk away and is a large station with many connecting lines, however the hotel is quiet. The Shibuya complex also has many restaurants and coffee shops. Nearby is a cute restaurant and a convenience store that has everything. The hotel is well stocked with nice extras. The rooms are a bit small but most are in Japan. The addition of the washer/dryer was perfect as it was half way through our stay. You can get towel and trash service every day easily. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Could have used a few more hangers but that’s minor.
Check in staff were lovely and accomodating
We were not located in the actual hotel but a smaller apartment complex a few mins walk away - ad stated newly renovated however this was the case.
Apartment and room had a strange smell- we had to sleep with the balcony door open.
Room was okay but sheets were not clean, there was a few stains on the quilt.
Washer/dryer was amazing however so that was a highlight for us

We were first in annex - small and tired, needed freshing especially in balcony. Then we upgraded to main hotel. Room was much better.
Room in annex was a bit shabby - balcony was rusted.
