Pros:

Great location, a few minutes walk from Ginza and right above a fish market, close to a bunch of train stations. you can refill water bottle in the lobby

Cons:

Small room, they only clean of you stay over 7 nights, the blanket was terrible and uncomfortable, the fridge was making loud annoying noises. There was leak from the faucet and it took them 2 days to fix.

Pros:

Very clean room, reasonable space for Tokyo, and so functional. Amazing to have washer dryer in the room and a small kitchenette, allowed to have a few home comforts while traveling.

Cons:

Pillows very flat & bed uncomfortable by the end of the week.

We verbleven er zes nachten, de kamer werd enkel opgemaakt tegen extra betaling (dit wisten we niet of hadden we niet goed gelezen). Schone handdoeken konden we wel altijd bijvragen.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

It is a comfortable hotel in the heart of the Tskiji market area with good access to public transport. Rooms are well equipped though a little on the small size.

Pros:

The room was a good size by Japanese standards. Although it was small, there was enough space for my husband and me, as well as two XL suitcases. The soundproofing was excellent, and we didn’t notice any smells or noise from the nearby fish market. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and all the main attractions in Ginza within walking distance. Having the fish market nearby also added a unique local atmosphere to our trip. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.

Cons:

The room was quite small, although this is understandable by Japanese standards. The bathroom had a relatively low ceiling, which might be uncomfortable for taller guests. We are both up to 185 cm tall and were fine, but anyone taller might find it a little cramped

Good location , washer dryer combo worked really well
Pros:

Location is just right at the tsukiji market. Easy to get up early and tried the street food there. The market closed around 2pm. They had Refa hair dryer and amenities. They even had free skin care products as well as shower cap. Nice we had the washer and dryer combo to do our laundry during our trip. They even offered free liquid detergent.

Cons:

The air conditioner not working properly and we woke up in the middle of night as it was too hot. The electric stove is too old and it was not working after we plugged in.

Just renovated place near Ginza area (without paying Ginza price for the hotel)
Pros:

The property was just renovated, everything on our room look new! There are many metro stations nearby. We were just next to the fish market, where there are great places to eat. We love to be able to walk to all the Ginza area. The room was very confortable and it even has a washing machine! There is a very convenient coffee machine in the lobby to drink coffee for free.

Great hotel and staff with excellent location for Ginza and Tsukiji areas
Pros:

Liked the high floor and balcony overlooking fish market. Larger room worth the extra money. Friendly staff, great complimentary coffee area and excellent location

Cons:

No issues at all. Total experience was better than expected and consider hotel an insider tip for Ginza/Tsukiji area

Busy environment, very nice spacious room
Pros:

Nice big room, everything we needed. Washing machine and mini kitchen was perfect. A lot of place. Very comfortable for tall people (1.90m). Nice location at the market.

Cons:

There was some rubbish outside of the hotel, attracting rats. But has nothing to do with hotel.

今回の滞在日程や移動の利便性を考え、以前宿泊した際の印象が良かったこちらのホテルを再び利用させていただきました。

朝食は以前と変わらず、いくつかのメニューから選べるスタイルで、今回は提携店「すしざんまい」のマグロ丼や漬け丼をいただきました。どちらもとても美味しく、朝から大満足でした。

また、ホテルは築地市場内に位置しているため、築地散策や食べ歩きを楽しみたい方には大変便利な立地だと思います。
またお部屋の中に洗濯乾燥までできる洗濯機があるのはとっても助かります。

チェックイン後に、お部屋に問題がありましたが、スタッフの方が迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。

スタッフの皆様の温かいおもてなしに心より感謝申し上げます。また東京を訪れる際には、ぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

Cons:

2回目の宿泊、前回の宿泊の際はエレベーターロビー周辺のタバコの臭いがとても最悪な状況でした。
ですが、 今回は改善されており前回よりは良くなってました。
ですがタバコを吸わない人にとってはまだ気になるタバコの匂いは、これから出かける人 そして 帰ってきた人の気持ちをネガティブにしてしまうのでエレベーターロビーの横にある喫煙施設を別の場所へ移動してほしいです。
