Pros:

Perfect location. Small rooms, but well thought out and comfortable. Very clean and very helpful staff. Ill be back next visit.

Pros:

食事処を時間をかけて探していただきました。苦手な食材か多く、困らせてしまったと心苦しかったですが…丁寧に対応していただき、仕事で疲れていましたが気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。

Cons:

朝　お部屋でお米を炊きました。説明がなれないとなかなか理解できず時間がかかりました。水が溢れてビックリしました。でも炊き上がったご飯は…香りもよくすごく美味しかったです。

The location is quite convenient and the washing machine was really useful.

Cons:

We found quit a few hair so cleanliness could be improved. The bed also had a huge dent on one side.

Comfy, clean, great location.
Pros:

Location was so fabulous it was in front of the Tsukiji market. I came from Ginza so it's a different vibe, but I really enjoyed it!! The facilities were well maintained and they offered toiletries that you could get in the lobby. The room itself was perfectly spacious for the price that I paid. I had a good 2 nights and I'd recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

Cons:

I guess the sheets could've been more comfortable but for the price it was good enough!

Good value in a quiet area
Pros:

I like how we had everything we needed and even more in our room. Great value! And for helping us for the first time to deliver our suitcases to our next destination. I unfortunately don’t remember the lady who assisted us but she was wonderful.
