Good location functional and clean rooms
Pros:

I had everything in the room: for cooking simple food, kettle cutlery etc. Also there was a washing machine in the room. It is small but very functional! The place was very clean.

Cons:

The air conditioning was tricky to use.

Pros:

Great location for exploring the fish market and Ginza shopping! Staff were quite friendly. Very good rooms. Had a wash/dryer in room which made things SO convenient.

Cons:

You had to go around a corner off the main street to find the entrance. Not a real problem but took a minute.

Not for me but if you would like to save money maybe it’s for you. It’s equivalent to a Motel 6 in the states.
Pros:

They have a vending machine.

Cons:

The property is not really clean and it is old. The beds are uncomfortable. It is a little larger than the standard Japan hotel. Very combined to have a washer and dryer combo inside the room, however it’s going to take two hours to wash and dry your clothes so be prepared. The property is outdated. I would not stay even if it’s only one night.

Super Lage, nähe Metro und Konbinis. Super freundliches Personal (alle und speziell Mr. R. Kanno), top Preis-Leistung und fantastische Zimmer-Ausstattung, so wie ausgeschrieben. Extrem sauber.

It was an excellent stay even with minor issues.
Pros:

The rooms are big, location is good, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean.

Cons:

The smoking room isn’t in an ideal area. If someone is smoking, the smell goes straight into elevators and up to the rooms. Also, my washer/dryer was locked overnight even when the drum was completely cooled, so I had to google how to unlock it.

El desayuno que incluyen no es en el hotel sino fuera de el en centros de comida que te atienden pésimo y no tienen menú para personas que siguen dietas veganas, celiacas y cuando hicimos el reclamo nos dijeron que era así no se podía cambiar no reembolsar además la persona de limpieza entró en la habitación sin avisar siendo que solo entrarían si dejábamos cartel en la puerta una muy mala experiencia dado que entro a hoteles por precios similares dan mejores servicios
