Excellente
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, avec une excellente localisation. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La chambre est propre, bien équipée et pratique, notamment avec un lave-linge et un micro-ondes. Le service de chambre est également de très bonne qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerai avec plaisir !

Pros:

The location was perfect, close to Tsukiji market for great seafood restaurants and also within walking distance from Ginza where literally all the shoppings can be completed there. Delivery service from/to airports was also very convenient.

Cons:

Nothing to complain. I will definately stay at this hotel next year for Tokyo visit.

地理位置优越！楼下就是筑地市场。步行300-600米范围内有日比谷线、大江户线、银座线，去哪儿都很方便。
双床间空间不错，有餐桌。
房间安静。

Cons:

整体不新。没有每日全面清扫，只有每日换毛巾和倒垃圾，

Ottimo primo soggiorno a Tokyo
Pros:

Ottimo hotel ubicato all'ingresso del mercato Tsukiji e a 5-10 Min a piedi da due metro, posizione perfetta per visitare altri quartieri a Tokyo. Di questo hotel mi è piaciuta molto l'assistenza dello staff che ci ha aiutato a spedire i bagagli alla nostra prossima meta, l'area break all'ingresso (non scontata), camera con letto comodo e pulizia ottima.

overall, I was happy with my stay and will book again
Pros:

I like the location close to Tsukiji fish market just outside the hotel room.
Room was clean and comfortable and the one I like the most was the in-suite laundry machine with laundry soap provided. (needed the washing machine after coming from 2 different countries before flying to Japan)
was walking distance to all the stores that I like around 20-30 minutes' walk.
hotel even provided same day free luggage delivery from Haneda airport direct to the hotel and will be delivered after 1800.

nothing.

Pros:

地點非常好，離新宿地鐵站也不遠，散步一下就到了。 下樓就是築地市場，隔音非常好！

Cons:

早上睡到一半突然有人來開房門，櫃檯說是其他客人誤開的，有點嚇人哈哈
