Amazing
Pros:

The location was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. It even had a washing machine, which was a lifesaver; it was easy to use and included a dryer. I highly recommend this place for the price. Although breakfast is served outside the property, they offer amazing options, both local and western. Additionally, there is complimentary coffee and water available, and let me tell you, those coffees after a long day of walking were the best.

Overall, it offered good value for what we were looking for.
Pros:

Location was great. Near subway stations from different lines. It is next to the outer fish market which offered great access to food, restaurants and shopping. It is handy to have the laundry machine in the room so that we could clean and dry clothes.

Cons:

I understand that space is tight in Japan. The room is compact and not much space to move around in the room.

Clean, minimal, and great location
Pros:

Location was the best part. So close to the Tsikiji fish market and Ginza.

Cons:

We went to the wrong Tokyu Stay first and it was raining, so then we ended up taking a taxi to the right location.

Pelo preço valeu o custo benefício

Minha experiência no hotel foi muito positiva.

A localização é excelente e facilita muito conhecer Tóquio. O grande destaque, sem dúvida, é a equipe: todos são extremamente atenciosos, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar, tornando a estadia muito agradável.

Outro ponto positivo é a comodidade de oferecerem água gelada, gelo e café expresso gratuitamente para os hóspedes durante o dia, um diferencial que faz bastante diferença.

O quarto segue o padrão japonês, ou seja, é compacto. Isso já era esperado. Pessoalmente, não sou fã do modelo de banheiro com a banheira integrada ao chuveiro, mas isso é uma questão de preferência.

Um diferencial interessante é que o hotel oferece serviço de envio de bagagens para o Aeroporto de Haneda, o que facilita bastante a logística no dia da viagem. Esse serviço, porém, não está disponível para o Aeroporto de Narita.

No geral, tive uma ótima experiência e voltaria a me hospedar. Pela localização, pelo excelente atendimento, pelas comodidades oferecidas e pelo ótimo custo-benefício, considero uma excelente opção para quem pretende se hospedar em Tóquio.

Cons:

O único ponto que realmente pode impactar a experiência é a limpeza. O hotel não faz arrumação diária dos quartos. É possível solicitar apenas a troca das toalhas, enquanto a limpeza completa é realizada apenas a cada sete dias. Caso o hóspede queira uma limpeza completa antes desse período, ela pode ser solicitada, porém mediante pagamento de uma taxa adicional. Para quem, como eu, gosta da limpeza diária e da retirada do lixo, isso acaba deixando um pouco a desejar.
