An unexpected positive stay
Pros:

The English speaking staff did it for me. I am impressed that most of them speak fluent English. Only a few were not able to. This was definitely a 100% strong first touchpoint versus the frustrating experience I had with the APA group of hotels in Osaka. Response via the platform was always within 24 hours, in fact, lesser. Well done in this area of service.

The Standard Room was a good space for one person and comes with a washer-dryer machine.

The location is near Shin-Nihonbashi station. Be prepared to carry your luggage as the exit near the hotel is a stairway. If you use Kanda station, there are elevators, but you need to walk with your luggage for 8 to 10 minutes depending on your pace.

I opted for no breakfast as it's all frozen food. You can heat them up with the microwave oven in the room. Coffee and tea are complimentary. There's only one coffee machine to serve all the guests. No wonder it stopped working. Fortunately for me, it was my checkout day. Drip coffee sachets were provided instead.

Cons:

The pillows are far too soft and so is the bed. So my sleep quality was affected and I woke up with a neck, shoulder and back ache.
The hotel is near the highway. So you will hear the sound of traffic. It didn't bother me too much though.

Always excellent.
Pros:

Friendly staff at front desk and room service. Late night welcome with a coffee and hot chocolate machine tutorial was exactly what I needed.

清掃がちゃんとされていなかった。
バスルームの壁に髪の毛が沢山ついていた。
ベッドの上にも毛がついていた。
上の階の騒音が筒抜け。
部屋の匂いが臭かった。

また利用したいホテルです
Pros:

リファのシャワーやドライヤーなど女性には嬉しい設備でした。また部屋も広く、水回りと離れているため音が気にならず良かったです。
洗濯機や電子レンジが部屋にあるの助かります！
痒いところに手が届くホテルといった感じでまたリピートしたいと思いました。
フロントの方も気さくな方で良かったです。

Good stay at the Tokyu Stay Hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed the stay here!!
The hotel is about 5-8 min from multiple metro stations and it is a one station ride to Tokyo Central. The room is comfortable for two, although, as advertised it is small.
There is a good fridge, microwave, cooktop and pans and plates etc for two.
It has a combination washer/dryer which was easy to use. It included the soap for the washing machine.
It was quiet and clean.
The breakfast was frozen soups and sandwiches which you are to heat up in the microwave in your room. There is free coffee and tea and things like toothbrushes and toiletries. Also a stationary to fill water bottles with cold water. They spoke English and check in was not a problem.
We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and nice room!
Pros:

The rooms has a washing machine and it has a low temperature dryer!! Best thing to have! The staff were also extremely helpful and professional!

Cons:

There are not many convenient stores not eateries around. The balcony is the room is quite a waste of space.
