Pros:

Nice staff. Room was exactly as shown in the picture. It was clean and fully equipped. Complimentary coffee available.

Cons:

Location is 10-15 mins walk from metro . So becomes difficult with luggage . Balcony was dirty. Price could be a bit more affordable.

Sehr praktisches und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, auch für etwas längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet.
Pros:

Mein Zimmer war relativ groß und fast wie ein Apartment ausgestattet (Waschmaschine und Sitzecke). Der Hotel-Eingangsbereich ist sehr nett gestaltet mit einen Bereich zum Lesen/Arbeiten und kostenlosen Getränken.

Cons:

Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist nicht so gut, man muss 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mir die Information gegeben, dass ich vom Zimmer aus Inlandsgespräche tätigen könne. Das war falsch (man konnte nur innerhalb des Hotels telefonieren), aber auf den Hinweis hat er ziemlich gleichgültig reagiert - sehr "unjapanisch".

房間很乾淨，附近有小小型超市和3間便利店及2間藥妝

6月27當天晚上六點多Check in時，櫃檯人員告知沒有我的訂房資料，再進一步給櫃檯人員看訂房成功的mail和編號，終於在櫃檯人員努力了快一小時後，還是成功讓我入住了，真的很謝謝他們🙏🙏🙏

空間不大但該有的都有，有滾筒洗衣機+微波爐超讚👍
交通方面：附近除了有JR線，也有較小的地鐵支線、附近也有超商超市，地理位置超好

Pros:

room is clean, the location is ok, several train stations nearby allow for easy travel. The staff is friendly, free postcard sending worldwide as a memento.

Cons:

the food options nearby is quite limited, need to walk a distance for food.

Pros:

The hotel is near a train station, shops and restaurants which makes it great. The room was quite small but it had everything you might need, the bed was comfortable. Also, loved the fact that you could use the coffee machine from the lobby on your own, any time you want.

Cons:

The room had street view and it was a bit noisy because the hotel is facing a main big road, it did not bother us but it might be an inconvenience for others.

Very clean and professional hotel with great service and transport connections
Pros:

Cleanliness, amenities and services offered (eg. umbrellas, quality cosmetics, even a free postcard service), closeness to several metro and train stations, lovely staff.

Cons:

Although you’ve got everything you need like konbinis and some restaurants close by, the surrounding area itself isn’t that interesting to stroll around. The area’s best asset is its vicinity to Tokyo Station and its connections.

Pros:

Hotel ubicado a 3 minutos de la estación de metro de Mitsukoshimae. El hotel estaba limpio y el servicio fue atento con nosotros. La habitación era pequeña pero tranquila. El baño es funcional. No hacían las habitaciones cada día.
