As to be expected rooms are small - very glad we booked 1 room per person to give us enough space
The staff are amazing and extremely friendly. Place was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the little breakfast bar which had a selection of things that we could take and reheat in our room. Coffee machine in the foyer that made nice coffee.

Emplacement pratique proche de la gare centrale de Tokyo (ce qui était notre choix) tout en étant dans un quartier calme.
Chambres propres et pratiques.
Le petit déjeuner consiste en des soupes de légumes + riz (et quelques viennoiseries) que l'on rapporte dans sa chambre pour les consommer. Chambres très exigües pour y petit déjeuner.

Abbiamo fatto un doppio alloggio a Tokyo e abbiamo scelto nuovamente questa struttura perché ci era piaciuta, inoltre ci hanno permesso di lasciare una valigia in hotel (senza pagare un extra) mentre siamo stati a Kyoto ed Osaka. I Giapponesi sono davvero gentili e disponibili
2nd time at Tokyu Stay hotels in Tokyo! Consistently offers a good stay, smooth check-in/ check out process. Room was spacious for Tokyo standards (I also love how cleverly the hotel maximises its space!) and amenities were more than adequate (also with excellent refa hair dryer)! The location of this nihonbashi branch felt a little under-lit and quiet at night (granted it was close to midnight), but the area still felt very safe otherwise (no issues at all during the daytime). I got on/off the trains at Kanda station for most part and loved that the hotel is within walking distance of the station (approx 10mins). Overall, consistently excellent stay by the Tokyu Stay company; I do look forward to future stays when I'm next in Tokyo! I would like to compliment the staff on the great service too - I had arranged for a package to be delivered on the day of my stay and they'd sent it up to my room by the time I arrived; they were also very responsive in the correspondence to arrange for the delivery! Thank you!
