Cozy Business Hotel
Pros:

What I liked the most was that there is a very good washing machine in each room, which is extremely helpful for guests staying for a longer period. The room is quite small but comfortable, and everything I needed was provided.

Cons:

I did not use the breakfast tickets, as the system was slightly inconvenient. The food is frozen and must be picked up from the reception the day before, but the refrigerator is not accessible 24 hours a day. If I returned late in the evening, I could not access the fridge and therefore could not get the food.

Great base to explore tokyo
Pros:

Location is fantastic, very easy to access other parts of the city. Very clean, staff were very friendly. Room cleaning service and washing/dryer machine were very convenient. Lobby amenities are great. Nihonbashi is nice and relaxed at night. Hairdryer makes a great noise!

Cons:

Bed topper did not suit our backs, noise from motorbikes on the overpass could be heard at night sometimes

Great value for money in an excellent location
Pros:

The location is fantastic with easy access to public transport and tourist attractions, free coffee every morning an unexpected bonus, and the in-room laundry was very convenient.

Cons:

No space to really unpack the luggage but for the size of the room it is understandable

The room amenities were fantastic! The room had a washer/dryer combo, a mini fridge/freezer, and a microwave! The staff were very welcoming and friendly!

Cons:

The limited range of food available for breakfast! Not everyone wants soup for breakfast…

Good location, reasonable price.
Pros:

Location is good, rooms are comfortable enough.

Cons:

Breakfast is not worth the additional cost, it is like buying at 7eleven but at the hotel. Housekeeping is limited. The staff barely speaks English
