Pros:

This is my favorite hotel in Tokyo! The location is not the most central, but its very close to the train thus super close to everything and the neighberhood is very quiet, near two temples, with many locat restaurants around. The room is by far the biggest we have stayed in Tokyo, for similar prices to very central yet super small hotels, with amazing view from the balcony to tokyo skytree and the temples below

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old, and the cleaniness could be improved. The beds are not the most comfortable, but fine.
