Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto pratica, piena di negozi e ristoranti pur rimanendo tranquilla senza troppi turisti. La fermata della metro comodissima a 100 metri. La struttura offre dalle 6 della mattina sino a mezzanotte una macchinetta per caffè, the e altre bevande gratuite. Il personale sempre disponibile e accogliente.

Cons:

La nostra stanza 314 era situata sulla parte esterna esposta alla strada, quindi era piuttosto rumorosa. Le tende della finestra non oscurano totalmente e quindi c'è sempre luce, e alla mattina diventa troppo. La camera viene ordinata, pulita e lenzuola cambiate solo dopo 7 giorni. Rimane sempre disponibile alla sostituzione asciugamani e svuotamento cestino. Ultima nota negativa non c'è un servizio interno di colazione, quindi come detto prima fuori si trova di tutto

comfy stay but poor drainage of shower
Pros:

It's my 2nd time staying here. Didn't have a good impression previously, remembering it as slightly dirty due to infrequent housekeeping unless for a fee. This time the room felt more spacious and comfortable. The size was nice too.

Cons:

The drainage for the bathtub is tiny. It gets choked by 2nd shower.. and it wasn't even a lot of hair or whatt..

Pros:

アクセスがよくドライヤーやシャンプー等がRefaで個人的に嬉しかったです。
事前の連絡もフロントの方もとても丁寧でした。

Cons:

ケトルが無く、備え付けの鍋でお湯を湧かないと行けないのが少し手間だった。
部屋のドレッサーの鏡が暗くメイクがしずらかった。鏡上にライトがあると嬉しかったです。

Great location and good base to explore Tokyo
Pros:

Very good location, close to the metro station, room on the bigger side for Tokyo standards, clean, microwave, washing machine and water boiler in the room.

Cons:

There was a bit of a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. It was fine with airing out the room but noticeable when you come in from outside. The bed is on the smaller side and one blanket needs to be shared between two people.
