- For guests staying 6 nights, we will exchange towels and collect garbage in the trash can. No room cleaning.
- For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the above.
*If you wish to exchange towels or collect garbage from the trash can, please stick the cleaning magnet provided inside the guest room door on the hall side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 am.
- For guests requesting additinal room cleaning, JPY 1,500 per time will be charged.

Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.

Charges apply for late check-out after 11:00. Please note, fees will differ based on the time of check-out.

Satisfaisant
Pros:

Chambre bien équipée avec kitchenette et machine à laver. Tout est très propre excepté la moquette tachée à quelques endroits. Du café est à disposition à l'entrée de l'hôtel.

Cons:

On ne voit que très peu le personnel d'accueil donc on se sent isolé. Chambre sans charme particulier.

Clean, Convenient stay close to Yutenji station
Pros:

Close to Yutenji station, friendly staff, free coffee, luggage storage, will stay again.

Cons:

Smaller size room, no breakfast, but it was convenient to plenty of food options near the station

Pros:

- big room
- great location in a quieter part of Tokyo, close to Naka-Meguro, only 3 minute walk to the train station that takes you to Shibuya in about 10 minutes
- we had a view of the train station and Shibuya from our room which was great
- TV with Netflix

Cons:

- the hotel is a little dated, we had big stains on our carpet and the bathroom looks about 30 years old; it doesn't really have a well designed feel
- no room cleaning, even though we stayed 6 nights (you can get the trash taken out and the towels replaced though)
