- For guests staying 6 nights, we will exchange towels and collect garbage in the trash can. No room cleaning.
- For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the above.
*If you wish to exchange towels or collect garbage from the trash can, please stick the cleaning magnet provided inside the guest room door on the hall side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 am.
- For guests requesting additinal room cleaning, JPY 1,500 per time will be charged.

Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.

Charges apply for late check-out after 11:00. Please note, fees will differ based on the time of check-out.

Practical location, cute neighbourhood, friendly staff!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing, just a minute from the metro, also very quite at night. The neighbourhood is charming and I think one of the cutest neighbourhoods we walked in Tokyo. Shibuya, Shinjuku, Minato City are really close by metro (considering Tokyo being really huge). The staff was very useful and friendly. The hotel has free coffee available which was very useful in the morning. We got room on the upper floor and got very nice view of Tokyo.

Cons:

The hotel is very old and my expectations from the photos was that the room are a bit newer. The bath was also very old and a bit moldy. Also the room didn’t feel clean and I found hair on multiple places in the room and the carpet was stained. The cost was one of the highest from what I saw on the booking so I would expect it to be cleaner but I guess it is due to the great location of the hotel.

Overall poor experience, inauthentic "washiki" style room.
Pros:

Room has many appliances like washing machine and cooking stove. Built more like an apartment / airbnb than an actual hotel.

Cons:

Rooms were not very clean and smelled bad and the "washiki" room was just a couple of regular mattresses on the floor without bed frames (not at all authentic washiki), so if anything it was giving more broke college student dormitory vibe than traditional Japanese vibe.
