- For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the above.
*If you wish to exchange towels or collect garbage from the trash can, please stick the cleaning magnet provided inside the guest room door on the hall side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 am.
- For guests requesting additinal room cleaning, JPY 1,500 per time will be charged.
Additional charges apply for early check in before 15:00.
Charges apply for late check-out after 11:00. Please note, fees will differ based on the time of check-out.

* Workers will be passing by outside the windows, so please keep your curtains and windows closed during construction.
* A mesh sheet will be placed over the scaffolding (entire building), so you will not be able to see the view from your room.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Not that clean, and old. It looked like an apartment room converted into a hotel. Also, no room cleaning offered if you stay for less than 7 days.
