Good location, very close to train station and food options

駅近で、周囲に飲食店やコンビニなど施設が充実しており非常に便利だった。朝食は少食の自分にはちょうど良い量感であった。部屋は清掃が行き届いており、気持ちよく使えた。

Amazing location surrounded by a lot of awesome food spots and close to the station. Would definitely rebook in the future when visiting Japan again.

The staff is excellent, theres complimentary coffee and refreshments and the location is very convenient.

The room had everything you could need, including a washer and dryer. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were super accommodating as we had a cancelled flight and got to the hotel at 2am. We were communication through email and they were very responsive. It was very close to the a train line.

Service level is exemplary! They accommodated our changes in room type expeditiously, without any fuss and bother.
Room amenities (at least in the larger twin rooms) are great with a small kitchenette, microwave and cutlery for 2 open up more breakfast options. Washing machine with easy to read instructions and operation was another added bonus.
Location has it all. Food & beverage options are plentiful, access to the public transport convenient (Yamanote and Asakusa lines).

Unfortunately I didn’t wake up early enough for breakfast but I did see that the location is very close nconvinient.

It’s just 5 mins walk from Gotanda station and there is a Don Quijote just behind the property, small but just right to find some stuff for the trip.

This was our second time visiting Tokyu Stay Gotanda and our first time doing our reservation via Booking.com. The reservation through booking was super smooth and we got the best price available. There were no issues when checking in at the hotel and we already knew we liked the hotel based on our last trip to Tokyo. The location is also perfect, only 5 minutes from the Yamanote line and literally right in front of the Asakusa line.

Since we were staying for 3 weeks, the amenities in the room were the reason we chose to stay with a Tokyu Stay location in the first place. The in-room washer/dryer allowed us to pack lighter and wash outfits daily. It's also amazing to have a microwave in the room as well, since that was not a common (in-room) amenity I saw in other Japanese hotels. The kitchenette was a welcome addition, and though we didn't use it for cooking, it was nice to have the option. I think we would consider renting the rice cooker and pans next time we visit to try cooking ourselves. You also get a larger sized mini-fridge than a normal hotel with a dedicated freezer section for any ice cream you bring back!

The rooms were clean, there was a decent amount of space compared to other Japanese hotels, and the bathroom was great, even though the toilet was in the bath area. The only downside is that the beds can be a bit difficult to get used to if you're used to a softer bed at home. They're pretty firm, enough so that it took a few days to properly adapt and get a good nights rest, but that seems to be common across most Japanese hotels, so we accepted it here. They also offered full cleanings 1x a week with ad hoc towel changes/trash collection done as needed based on a sign system on the door.

Aside from the room itself, the hotel lobby was nice, if a bit small. The staff were always very nice and helpful every day of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!
