Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.

If the stay is 7 nights or more, "room cleaning" will be done once a week in addition to the above simple cleaning. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.

Pros:

IMO, This hotel is peak convenience when staying in Tokyo and wanting to see everything.

- each room has a washer/dryer combo
- TV has Netflix and YouTube app and others.
- I've stayed in a few of the different style rooms available, and they're all nice.
- Asakusa Line entrance in front of hotel
- 2 doors down is a 7-11. Family Mart across the street (use the asakusa line entrance to go under and over to that side). Lawsons around the corner
- Don Quijote is around the other corner from the hotel
- 1 block away is Yamanote Line entrance
- Shibuya is 4 stops away on YL. Shinjuku 3 more after that
- Shinigawa is 2 stops the other way on YL. Akihabara a couple more after that.

I stay here everytime because it's just worth the convenience.

Cons:

dont fall asleep with the washer/dryer running. When it finishes it will beep all night unless you open it.

Pros:

Good location , the best thing is the washer and dryer

Cons:

My booking was the Residential Double Room with balcony , when I checked into the hotel room and realized that the room is very small and without the balcony. When I checked with the staff , she told me that is the same room type . I politely asked to see the room type with balcony and it obviously much bigger than the room that we checked in . If I didn’t ask and they will be giving me a smaller room but paying with the higher price . This is not the way of Japanese doing business , this is the first time I experienced this in Japan.

隔音好，設備都很不錯。交通方便，飯店門口就有地鐵的出入口。且五反田站出入有電梯（中央札口），帶大型行李也相對方便許多。附近有開到很晚的百貨公司跟唐吉訶德跟便利商店，就算很晚了想買個東西也非常便利。
Pros:

單人房內就附有微波爐、洗衣機（而且可以烘乾）真的非常棒！浴室有浴缸可以泡澡放鬆也非常棒！洗浴用品的味道跟洗完的感受也非常棒！吹風機的風量很足也非常棒！房間的隔音很不錯，對外窗戶的隔音也很好。整體真的非常棒！

Cons:

浴室的簾子有些微的潮濕臭味，建議可以清潔一下。免治馬桶的沖洗功能有時候水會出不來。
