Noise, the structural both internally/externally to the buildings was such that every door closing, every sound on the opposite corridor was audible. It was f**** noisy. Drunks coming in late at night. My sleep was impaired. I didn't enjoy it.

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel but at most a 2 star hotel.
A very worn out hotel with very bad tiles and mold in the bathroom, old and stained solid carpet, no fridge, no safe box, not any workable wifi, very bad view, they didn't even change the bed linen once during those 4-5 days I stayed in the hotel. very bad breakfast. I am so very disappointed in Booking.com why they presented this as a 4 star hotel with wifi which is not really a hotel but a hostel in a high rise building and without any wifi. Times now to book my hotels from other sites and not via booking.com any more.

Location is good, breakfast is good.
The room has very old carpet and smelly.
The shower tiles and curtin were smelly and mouldy.
There is no ventilation, the aircon smell is bad.
It affected my health, and it was very difficult to sleep.

Location was very close to electronics area and pretty close to Huang qiang bai MTR. It had breakfast buffet. Also had washing machines if I remember correctly. But check their description. Also it was pretty good in terms of price.
It was old. Our room was likely used by smokers in the past - cig burn on one of the chairs and a faint hint of lingering smell. The room looked worn and the door lock was broken. It didn’t have a clean welcoming sort of feel. Place looked dull and somewhat lack lustre. I’d give this place a 6.5 rather than 7.
