В отеле чисто, ежедневно убираются, улыбаются, в холле всегда лимонад, чай, кофе и леденцы.
Pros:

Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от метро, что делает поездки очень комфортными. На метро доехать очень быстро и комфортно до любой точки города. Рядом с отелем есть все что надо туристу: тысячи кафе, магазинов, салонов красоты, зоны отдыха.

Excellent, Convenient Stay in Shenzhen i stayed at the Shanshui Trends Hotel - Huaqiangbei for one night during my sourcing trip in Shenzhen, and it was a fantastic experience.The hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the bustling Huaqiangbei commercial district. This made navigating the area and getting to the local markets incredibly convenient for a quick visit. The staff was genuinely nice and extremely helpful, ensuring that everything went smoothly during my short stay. It is a great hotel that provides a comfortable and efficient base when visiting the city. I highly recommend it!

Pros:

Scam.

Cons:

The hotel was a scam - they charged me twice for my hotel room and claimed that booking.com only receives a deposit - not the full amount, therefore forcing me to pay twice. I heavily advise anyone travelling to choose a different hotel.

Pros:

This was the hotel where I stayed when I first came to China on business in 2006, and whenever I pass through Shenzhen, I make a point of spending at least one night there; I feel at home when I stay at the Shanshui.

Noise, the structural both internally/externally to the buildings was such that every door closing, every sound on the opposite corridor was audible. It was f**** noisy. Drunks coming in late at night. My sleep was impaired. I didn't enjoy it.
