Жесть как не понравилось, просидела в ванной без воды вообще , бойлер перестал воду нагреваеэть ну вообщем
не работает а через 30мин и свет пропал. Телевизоров вообще в отеле не существует!

Можливе короткочасне перебування при ціні зі знижкою. За повну вартість краще пошукати інший готель.
Pros:

Зручно розташований готель. Білосніжна постільна білизна і рушники.

Cons:

Готель потребує ремонта. Дуже незручне ліжко. Немає ні склянок, ні чайника. Не завжди при вимкнені світла запускали генератор.

Відношення жах. Близько до офісу.

Cons:

Бронювання було на 2 ночі. при заїзді уточнили за генератор і адміністратор повідомила, що він є. В кімнаті було прохолодно (при заселенні подумала, що на провітрюванні номер... це ж нормально, але ж ні. Просто тягнуло з балкону.) Електрообігрівач не справився. Пульт від кондиціонеру в номері відсутній. Телевізор не працював. Коли вночі по графіку вимкнули світло і не включили генератор- ок, можна перетерпіти. Але зранку його так і не ввімкнули, щось там зламали. Тобто інтернету, тепла, світла не було. Запитали чи є можливість переселити в інший номер не обов'язково люкс чи полулюкс, після 12ї мали прибрати номер і переселити... О 14 годині все залишалось без змін і попросили почекати адміністратора. Сидіти в такому номері було неможливо і прийняли рішення про виселення....і що ж сказала адміністратор: "кошти ми не повертаємо". Зібрали речі і о 15.00 вже виїхали. При виселенні отримали "вибачте" і на цьому все.
Це було на початку січня і до суцільного відключення тепла і світла по Києву.

Брудно заплямована постіль жвачки приклеїні до ліжка пропалене крісло на балконі зламані розетки багато речей у поганому стані якщо ціль зекономити можна жити якщо ціль відпочити краще готель гончара поблизу
