Дуже сподобалася особлива атмосфера, сервіс, але багато що потребує ремонту.
Pros:

Концепція готелю унікальна. З вулиці - це типові двері посеред дворів, а зсередини, ти ніби потрапляєш у маєток початку ХХ століття. У мене білі дерев'яні панелі викликали відсилку до готелю "Плаза" з фільму "Сам удома 2".
Персонал привітний, адміністратор завжди намагається вирішити побутові проблеми. Номер добре прибраний, наявні всі необхідні предмети гігієни.
Мій номер, хоч був зовсім маленьким, але простір максимально добре оптимізований. Я почував себе дуже комфортно й затишно.

Cons:

На жаль готель потребує хорошого управлінця. Видно, що деякі розетки втомилися від часу. А фен, судячи з усього, полагоджений силами персоналу. Неперевершена унікальна концепція - це те, завдяки чому я обрав цей готель, заплющуючи очі на відгуки.

Наступного разу при виборі житла, в цей готель, на жаль, я не маю бажання заселятись.
Cons:

Відповідність номера на фото при бронюванні та по факту це різна історія. В номері є балкон, де проживаючі палили, двері на балконі не щільні відповідно в номері присутній запах диму. Ремонт дуже старий, в ванній побита плітка, яка просто склеєна, стеля вся слідах плісняви, розетки наче ремонтовані і нормально назад не вставлені ( диски якісь поруч), штора в ванній ймовірно, що багато років не змінювалась, вона рвана, рижа і просто вже стара. Вся підлога вкрита ковроліном, відповідно він вже має характерний старий запах. Також одне з неприємного, що вечорі по графіку було відключення світла, при цьому, що готель має великий генератор, на моє питання чому його не включають, мені сказала, що сьогодні включати не будуть. Світла не було, відповідно гарячої води також. Це незручності, хоча розраховувала на інше!
