Molto bella e particolare

Very good value for money. Excellent help and service from Carole, the manager, and her sister who both went that extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.

L’hôtel est très beau et bien entretenu. Super bien placé également proche du centre et des télécabines, parfait pour nos randonnées.
Le seul point négatif serait que le personnel des restaurants en dessous de l’hôtel jette les déchets (bouteilles) dans les conteneurs entre 22h et minuit…pas très agréable.

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité / prix, très grande chambre en très bon état ; literie un poil rigide, mais personnel extrêmement accueillant et attentif; merci beaucoup.

Great location! Its just 3 min walk from lifts. They also provided parking with no additional charges. They have ski room with boot heaters. Highly recommend!

Great location and a quick walk to the Cry d’er lift. Across the street from the bus stop and in the town plus a quick walk to Montana, grocery stores and a lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and well designed, separate WC from the shower and sink which is great. Lots of plugs and adapters available in the room. Great views. Basic tea and instant coffee plus two bottles of water at check in. They should have resticked the coffee but didn’t but a quick ask. Great view of the mountains and nice balacony.

Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, Serviceangestelle ist unmotiviert und Auswahl limitiert.

Feueralarm mitten in der Nacht. Niemand vom Hotel ist gekommen. Familie die nicht rein konnte hat vor unserer Zimmertüre "geschlafen" mit einem Baby. Wir waren die ganze Nacht wach. Nach 2 Wochen immer noch keine Rückmeldung/Rückerstattung. Es kann einfach nichts sein, dass niemand das Picket-Handy dabei hat, und niemand erreichbar ist.

Chambre très agréable avec un beau volume sous le toit. Un seul problème c’est la ventilation globale et surtout de la salle de bain qui pose vraiment problème. D’autre part la conception de la douche est problématique car vous ne pouvez pas prendre une douche sans mettre de l’eau partout et rien ne sèche
Sinon petit déjeuner excellent dans une salle très agréable et le personnel est charmant.

Der Aufenthalt war soweit ok jedoch unser Zimmer der Klasse Deluxe zuzuordnen ein wenig übertrieben. Kein Safe, wenig Schränke wir lebten aus dem Koffer, nur 1 Stuhl auf dem Balkon, kein Kühlschrank ...

Zum Glück waren die Herren im Restaurant mehr als freundlich!

The lodge is in a great location close to the bus, the lake, good restaurants, and the gondola. Unfortunately I didn’t check well enough the pictures and was a bit disappointed by the view. You mostly see trees from the window/balcony and not the mountains. If you drive, it’s good because there’s a parking lot. The sheets were comfy, the towels were nice and it was very clean. Check in and out is contactless. Overall very good budget option in Crans.

Localisation centrale à Crans. Bar et resto à côté. Chambre taille agréable. Manque rideaux occultants. Chambre supérieure avec petite terrasse ensoleillée. Globalement très bien
