Pool, Bar, Restaurant hervorragend und die LAGE / AUSSICHT ist natürlich Sensationell 😄🌞

Mann könnte doch mal hingehen und bei der Endreinigung der Zimmer auch testen, ob die Duschköpfe richtig funktionieren bzw. auch sauber sind.
Bei uns war z.B. der Duschkopf schwarz verstockt, und die Duschtüre ließ sich nicht sauber schließen, sodass im ganzen Bad nach dem Duschen Wasser auf dem Boden stand. Zudem machte der Schwimmer im Spülkasten nicht richtig zu, dadurch wurde immer wieder der Spülkasten geflutet, entleerte sich dann in die Toilette und würde wieder befüllt. Diese Ablass und Füllgeräusche hört man dann ( wenn man empfindlich ist ) die ganze Nacht ( uns hat es nichts ausgemacht, aber man soll ja hier seine Eindrücke wiedergeben ), dies sollte in einem Hotel dieser Klasse / Preiskategorie kein Thema sein.

La struttura è favolosa, colazione ampia perlopiù per la parte dolce, tutti molto cordiali dalla reception ai bagnini. La piscina salata molto bella e gli spazi verdi rendono tutto più pacifico. Il servizio del taxiboat per la spiaggia Bagnaia molto bello e comodo.

Cons:

poca disponibilità per i mezzi di trasporto, come bus navetta, essenziali se non avete un mezzo proprio e volete muovervi anche nei posti più vicini. La spiaggia,purtroppo, non è delle migliori, l’acqua è sporca per via del porto molto vicino. Il prezzo della cena è abbastanza alto perché è a buffet.

La struttura molto grande con tanti servizi e soprattutto molto tranquilla e silenziosa per un total relax è perfetta , la struttura pur avendo prenotato una camera standard mi hanno dato una camera superior avendo possibilità, è stato un gesto inaspettato e molto gradito . Il cibo è stato molto buono, dalla colazione alla cena tutto curato nei minimi dettagli ❤️ senza dubbio se torno all’isola d’Elba sarà la mia scelta come alloggio 😍

La posizione è ottima, un oasi di pace e tranquillità a pochissimi minuti di macchina dal centro e il porto di Portoferraio.
Un ampio e comodo parcheggio.
Colazione buona e variegata, c'era molta scelta.

Cons:

Purtroppo visto il prezzo ci aspettavamo una maggiore attenzione per quel che riguarda le camere che non sono niente di eccezionale, purtroppo noi per tutto il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un grosso problema di formiche, infatti erano ovunque in bagno e sul letto. Nonostante il servizio di pulizie giornaliero non è stato fatto nulla al riguardo. (Ed è impossibile che non le abbiamo viste)
Non abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera perché già all'arrivo ci era stato detto che non c'erano camere vuote disponibili.

Rundum sympathische und schöne Anlage mit guten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage mit guten Sportmöglichkeiten und ausgesprochen nettem Personal. Möglichkeit andere Strände mit reserviertem Parkplatz oder Taxiboot durch das Hotel zu besuchen.

Cons:

Das Meer direkt beim Hotel ist nicht sehr schön. Durch die Möglichkeit andere Strände zu besuchen und die Poolanlage aber kein Problem.

Staff cordiale e disponibile in ogni situazione e in ogni luogo (da chi si occupava delle pulizie a chi ci assisteva in reception oppure al bar, in piscina e nei ristoranti)

Non si può navigare dagli smart TV (nonostante un'ottima copertura WiFi gratuita praticamente ovunque).
