Pros:

Die Lage am Sandstrand. Ausstattung und Größe des Zimmers. Sehr nettes Personal. Das jeder seinen eigenen Strandschirm + Liegen für den Aufenthalt hat.
Die Reinigung war super, täglich neue Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte.
Kostenloser Parkplatz.

Cons:

Das Poolwasser war sehr kalt.
Eine größere und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl zum Frühstück wäre gut. Es gab jeden Tag die selbigen Produkte.

Super!!! solo qualche piccolo dettaglio da sistemare.
Pros:

Mare stupendo, posizione dell'hotel molto intelligente con vista sul tramonto. Junion Suite molto spaziosa. Colazione super. Lettini ed ombrellone grandi e comodi.

Cons:

Villaggio un pò dispersivo vista la grande dimensione ma staff sempre disponibile per trasporto bagagli e/o persone con macchinine elettriche. La camera era stupenda ma il bagno, oltre che datato e con alcune cose abbastanza rovinate (lavandino, water e bidet) aveva la doccia nella vasca quindi molto scomoda ed il bagno si lavava molto. Quindi piccoli dettagli per rendere tutto perfetto.
il prezzo comunque rimane troppo alto secondo me.

Die Lage zum Strand , das gute und vielfältige Frühstück, die sauberen und großen Zimmer, die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig angelegt!

La plage a deux minutes de la ch

La plage a 2 minutes à pied de la chambre avec un emplacement réservé, ainsi que la piscine. La gentillesse, le professionnalisme du personnel, la disponibilité .les repas en demi-pension excellents.

Bel hôtel trop cher et potentiellement très bruyant (route)

L’emplacement. Les jardins sont magnifiques. Choix des restaurants (chers). Possibilité de charger une voiture électrique. La plage est magnifique

Cons:

Le bruit infernal d’une route qui nous a amené à demander de changer de chambre (contre supplément) alors que la chambre de départ était déjà complètement sur#évaluée au niveau prix.
Service un peu old fashioned au petit déjeuner. (Service des boissons très lent) et peu d’anticipation à réalimenter les plats vides au buffet (scramble eggs)
De manière générale l’hôtel est trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Cons:

Sono arrivato il 14/08 e, poiché il parcheggio principale non era disponibile a causa di ospiti extra per la cena (a mio avviso andrebbero tutelati prima i clienti dell'hotel e poi gli ospiti esterni della cena), sono stato indirizzato a parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio di fronte all'hotel. Qui erano presenti numerose formiche che hanno invaso il veicolo, problema che sono riuscito a risolvere solo parzialmente dopo tre giorni.

Il giorno seguente sono uscito con alcune persone per incontri di lavoro, ed è stata una situazione davvero spiacevole. A fronte del disagio ho ricevuto solo delle scuse verbali, e sul conto finale ho persino trovato addebitati 3€ per i teli mare.

In spiaggia mi era stata assegnata l'ultima fila; ho chiesto di essere spostato e mi è stato detto che il giorno 16 si sarebbero liberati altri posti. Tuttavia, per un presunto errore, il cambio non è avvenuto.

Nel complesso ho riscontrato scarsa attenzione verso il cliente.
Tengo a precisare che ho 32 anni, viaggio sempre in hotel di lusso e non amo lamentarmi. 3500€ circa per 5 notti devo avere un servizio impeccabile.
