"Simple cleaning" is a request system.

Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.
・For stays of 7 nights or more
In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week.
Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.

Good size bed. Shower was quite spacious, it was good that a washer/dryer was available so we could do our laundry for the week trip. We loved the hair dryer especially.
There was no view from our room. It was usually quiet but there was a few nights we heard a lot of noise and thud sounds during midnight from the upper floor.
Great to have a wasing machine in the room (that's also a dryer!!!) and free, good coffee at the lobby. Great location.
The rooms are ridicilously small. I couldn't even open my suitcase.
Great location, 5min to Ikebukuro station yet quiet enough for a young family. My toddler enjoyed the kid’s corner and the daily breakfast was excellent: plenty of options at incredible value. Hotel staff were warm and friendly.
Compact and difficult to move around with a big luggage but that’s most hotels in Japan anyway.

אנחני היינו זוג והיינו צריכים לעבוד חלק מהזמן, יש מרחב עבודה לאדם אחד.
בנוסף יש בלובי חלל משותף גדול שבו אפשר להיות במחשב (ולשמור על השקט).
יש מכונת קפה לשימוש ללא הגבלה בלובי.
הצוות נחמד ועוזר.
המיקום טוב, 7 דק הליכה מתחנת רכבת איקובוקורו (תחנה עצומה) וממנה 7 דק נסיעה לשינגוקו וקצת יותר לשיבויה.
בקצה השני של התחנה יש איזור קניות ענקי עם כל החנויות המוכרות רק בלי התורים.

מי שמחפש להיות במרכז העניינים, זה פחות המקום.

Beside metro station , comfy and washing machine
Cerca de la estación de metro y tren, muy acogedor, limpio, decorado con buen gusto, tiene todas las amenities necesarias, una zona para tomar un café gratuito
It was well located close to train station. There are lots of eateries nearby and also a little supermarket and several cafes. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
There was no hanging pole available in the bathroom to hang our clothes after washing.

Tienen un fee para limpiar el cuarto cada día, me parece caro para no tener ese servicio de hotel. El cuarto es chiquito y la ubicación no nos gustó tanto.
