地點佳，設備完善，房間不大，員工友善積極，但清潔有待加強，早餐不推薦！
Pros:

1. 地點不錯，在池袋C1b出口有電梯，不怕帶大行李；走路一分鐘可到達飯店！
2. 有免費咖啡及茶水供應.
3. 房間有洗衣機及微波爐.
4. 櫃檯工作人員友善，有問題都會積極回應處理！

Cons:

1. 訂房網未註明早餐是兩種套餐擇一，付費訂餐後到現場才發現：麵包/飯糰套餐是冷凍食品，需自行帶回房間微波，要花至少10分鐘微波，品項只有飯糰和麵包各兩種，最後幾天只剩一種麵包…咖哩飯套餐要取生米加水煮飯，分別需要花15-30分鐘準備早餐，很浪費時間，現場價格要各1500日幣/人.
2. 房間設備齊全，也有配免治馬桶，但免治馬桶的噴嘴頭沒有清潔乾淨，跟櫃檯反應後更換房間，但噴頭一樣沒有清潔乾淨，櫃檯人員第二天請清潔人員清潔乾淨後才放心使用！

Convenient stay but some parts were not as clean as I hope for it to be.
Pros:

The location was good and the common area is quite nice. I liked having a washing machine in the room which functioned very well and was super convenient. I also like the option of having only fresh towels delivered without staff entering the room, very respectful towards privacy.

Cons:

The bidet for the toilet looked a bit unclean… I didn’t dare to use it after that. The staff seemed less experienced, but they were still friendly enough. Our room was facing the back alley so didn’t receive a lot of light.

Excellent stay, probably will come back in the future.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to the center of the station. But if you walk in the opposite direction you will find the residential zone with quieter locations to enjoy. Loved the self check in system.

Pros:

房間內附洗脫烘衣機，每天出門前將衣服放進洗衣機，回飯店便有洗乾淨烘乾的衣服。
地點不錯，離副都心線很近，離JR也不遠，而且地下街超市、超商和餐廳都很方便。
飯店對面的居酒屋很好吃，對晚一點回到飯店的人是個很好的選擇。

Cons:

房間較小，行李箱打開後就沒有行走空間，建議飯店可將床稍微架高，可以將行李箱收納在床下面。

Everything was great.
Pros:

Close to the elevator to get down to the subway with our stroller! Also lots of good food and department stores.

Good location hotel
Pros:

The biggest highlight is the in-room washing machine and dryer — very convenient. The location is good, 5-7 min to Ikebukuro Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The staff were very polite and helpful, which made the stay more enjoyable. Rooms are compact but functional, and staff provides a full set of amenities (toothbrush, skincare items, razors, etc.).

Cons:

The washing machine and dryer are only in Japanese, which makes them difficult to use at first. The room can feel quite stuffy, especially the bathroom, and guests are asked not to keep the bathroom door open, which doesn’t help ventilation. Housekeeping is very limited (only towels are changed and trash is removed). The hotel also feels a bit worn in places. The breakfast concept is unusual and not very clear—you can only eat in your room, and it’s hard to understand exactly what you’re getting.

Cons:

房間較細，勉強只能打開一個28吋行李箱。由於住宿日數較長，酒店提供了一次免費房間清潔。不過浴室設計較易積聚水積，令浴室濕氣難以散去，如果能提供每天恆常清潔，保持衛生清潔就更好。
