For stays of 6 nights or less, simple cleaning (towel change and garbage collestion only) is availbale upon request.
For stays of 7 nights or more, in addition to simple cleaning, the room is fully cleaned once a week (including bed making and floor cleaning service). Additional room cleaning is avaiable upon request with an additional cost.

Toiletries: Guests can choose their own from a selection of toiletries offered on the 13th floor lobby. Only toothbrushes are provided in the guestroom.

Hyvä rauhallinen sijainti lähellä Tokion vilkkaampia alueita.
Pros:

Rauhallinen sijainti, 18. kerrokseen asti kantautui jonkun verran liikenteen melua, mutta ei paljoa. En tiedä, miten liikenne kuuluu alempiin kerroksiin.
Arrival lounge oli mukava lisä, siellä tarjoiltiin pieniä välipaloja ja juomia maksutta. Siistit huoneet, mukava suihku. Helppo liikkua julkisilla joka suuntaan Tokiossa.

Cons:

Huone oli melko pieni ja hintaan nähden melko kallis.
Siivous tapahtui vain kerran, koska huoneet siivotaan joka 7. päivä. Henkilökunta vastaanotossa ei osannut kovin hyvin englantia.

Staffs are nice and friendly. Locations is good and walking distance to Harajuku and train stations. Beds are comfy and water pressure is good. Refa hairdryer and shower head make my hair soft and smooth.

Cons:

La chambre est beaucoup trop petite et le lobby au 14ème ne fait pas hôtel 3 étoiles.

Pros:

الفندق جيد وموقعة ممتاز بالنتصف من شيبويا و أساكوسا، متاجر وبقالات قريبة من الفندق والمنطقة راقية.

Cons:

بوكنق ذاكرين بان الفندق اربع نجوم، بينما هو ثلاث نجوم كما هو مذكور في قوقل ماب، يعيب الفندق حجم الغرف جداً صغيرة يبدو بان اغلب فنادق اليابان خصوصاً طوكيو هكذا.

Superb location but small
Pros:

The location was fab, close to omotesando and Jingumae. Loads of great food options around, short walk to amazing coffee. Supermarkets within 5 min walk. Netflix and YouTube was an added bonus.

Cons:

The room was quite small with little area to put luggage. For two large people it was a squeeze.
The bed was a little firm.

The location and the staff are super responsive

Cons:

The washroom stinks. It smells of old urine and the shower knob had fallen off and I had to reattach it myself. In general the toilet was the worst part of the hotel and why I wouldn’t choose to stay again even though the location and staff are excellent

Pros:

A good hotel in a decent location, close to a train line and within walking distance of the Shibuya district. The rooms are more spacious than the average Japanese hotel room, though certainly not "spacious" in the general sense. Some rooms include a Japanese washing machine—which can be quite challenging to operate without the help of AI. Additionally, the two treadmills in the lobby do not constitute a gym, for those expecting one.
