Great location and friendly staff. Good value for money.
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us early check-in as well allowed a late check-out as we had a small kid. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hotel location is amazing. You get bus and tram very close by and there is a big plaza 200m from the hotel where you have a lot of options to eat food as well as a super market.

Cons:

The breakfast was not that great. It was exact same every day (we stayed for 4 days). They could add some variety. The cleaning was also not very nice. On one occasion we had to call them again since after the room cleaning the toilet and bathroom were still not clean. The bed is not very comfortable as well (makes squeaky sound when you turn).

Great experience overall
Pros:

great apartment, staff was so nice and they are eco friendly. location is near many tourist attractions and public tranport, shopping center. was quite and had balcony.

location is a bit sketchy

Ich werde bestimmt wieder das Hotel buchen, ideale Lage zum Konzertbesuch im MVM DOME!
Pros:

Auswahl des Frühstücks sehr gut / Zimmer war sehr angenehm und ruhig und sauber, absolut ausreichend / Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend/ Auch die Bar ist gut bestückt.

es war alles wie erwartet ok und angenehm!!

Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione molto ricca. Le camere sono moderne e con tutti i comfort.

Cons:

La posizione non è centralissima e il quartiere dove sta l’hotel non è fantastico, però le fermate dei mezzi sono vicine

Heerlijk hotel, top ligging.
Pros:

Schoon en een lekker matras!!! Ontbijt was goed elke ochtend iets anders warms bij de eieren.

Geen lawaai van een straat of andere omgevingsgeluiden

Cons:

Vond de wellness niet heel top maar daarvoor hebben wij niet voor het hotel gekozen
