Pros:

Large room size.
Good location. Only 3 minutes from MRT station. Large One Bangkok mall across the road.
Courteous, friendly and attentive staff.
Breakfast wasn't a large variety but the quality was good. Restaurant staff efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Aged rooms. Some mold visible in bathroom grouting.
Poor sound insulation. Room was located above level 20, yet I can hear road traffic noises.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is also convenient, and many aspects of the hotel met our expectations.

However, there is one major issue that needs immediate attention: a very strong sewage smell. During our entire five-day stay, the smell was consistently noticeable whenever we entered the hotel. We would leave and return, and the same odor was still present.

To be clear, the issue was not in our room. The strong sewage smell was mainly noticeable in the lobby area and in the public restrooms. On our last day, the odor in the public bathrooms was particularly strong and unpleasant.

Unfortunately, this issue affected our overall experience and is something the hotel should address as a priority. If it is resolved, the hotel would be much more enjoyable and deserving of a higher rating.
