Charges apply for late check-outs. Late check-out between 11:00-13:00 costs 50% of the room charge. Late check-out after 13:00 costs 100% of room charge.
For guests staying 6 nights or less, cleaning is upon request only and it will be a simple cleaning (only exchanging towels and collecting trash).
For guests staying 7 nights or more, in addition to a simple cleaning, a full room cleaning will be conducted once a week (bed-making and floor cleaning services included). Extra room cleaning can be arranged with fees upon request.

We spent more than a week at Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku and it truly became one of the best decisions of our trip. The location couldn’t be more convenient — just a 3‑minute walk to the station, with 7‑Eleven, FamilyMart, a chemist, and McDonald’s literally right next door. Everything you need is within a few steps.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for such a central Shinjuku spot. The in‑room washing machine/dryer was a huge bonus, especially for a longer stay, and it runs very quietly.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We asked for a manual for the washing machine, and instead of simply handing one over, a staff member came to our room and personally showed us how to use it — a level of service we really appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up returning for a second stay during the same trip. We’d happily choose Tokyu Stay Nishi Shinjuku again on our next visit to Tokyo. Highly recommended for convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for Shinjuku. One of the biggest highlights is the in‑room washing machine/dryer. It’s very quiet and made a huge difference during a longer stay.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a manual for the washing machine, and instead of just giving us one, a staff member came up to our room and personally walked us through the steps. That level of service really stood out.
We actually ended up staying here twice during our trip, and we’d happily stay again the next time we visit Tokyo. Highly recommended for convenience, comfort, and genuinely warm hospitality.
