Pros:

Die Lage war super, Waschmaschine im Zimmer, Föhn und Hygieneartikel waren vorhanden.
Mini-Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ebenfalls da.
Reinigung war super. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Es ist etwas eng mit Koffern, aber das ist wahrscheinlich in ganz Tokio der Fall
Nur eine große Decke, nicht zwei einzelne. Das war manchmal schwierig in der Nacht.

Room was extremely small for two people with a double bed against the wall and narrow passageway, even with minimal luggage

Great 2 night stay.
Pros:

Nice room with comfortable bed, 2 pillows and a washing machine. Staff were really helpful and pleasant

Cons:

It was slightly further away from Shinjuku station but that was my fault for not properly researching,. I would say a 20 minute walk.

Hard for two normal size European people to move around in the small room
Pros:

Good location but limited good restaurant choices, 7 eleven and food mart close by and convenient

Cons:

Really small toons and staff speak very little English. No room service unless you pay.

Close proximity to West Shinjuku station and <15min from major stations such as Shibuya & Shinjuku. Multiple Family Marts and a 7/11 in close proximity. Comfortable bed + pillows. Quiet area. Contained all required amenities including washer/dryer combo, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, etc.

Cons:

Unexpectedly small room.

Accept for the space, everything is great.

The facilities WAS AMAZING. They have almost everything you need. Washing machines, stove, microwave etc . The space is really gewwwdddd. They even have netflix n youtube. The location was amazing. And have so many restaurants around
