Affordable spot in Shinjuku!
Pros:

This hotel was the cheapest and best placed one from our selection of hotels. We wanted to be somewhat central to shinjuku to explore the rest of Tokyo. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected, even with the expectation that japanese hotel rooms are small to begin with. The breakfast option was very limited so we ate breakfast from the nearby convenience stores instead.

Lovely property and amazing location
Pros:

The room is TINY but the bathroom was actually pretty decent. It was clean and honestly the location was amazing (close to a grocery story and 7/11, metro station). would stay here again for sure.

Think twice - spend the extra and stay elsewhere

Cons:

Many toe nails under our bed- absolutely foul, floor hadn’t been cleaned for ages. They did clean the room the next day but sorry not good enough for the price. Booking.com did not help either very sad
Washing your hands after the toilet in the sink in the kitchen
The breakfast - As so many previous reviews don’t get the breakfast. 2 min walk to MacDonald’s , 7 11 or Family Mart
Staff on arrival - arrived after 2 pm all shattered and no flexibility to get our room key! Went for a walk came back and then had to queue.
Every morning the dirty bins,towels etc outside every room so you don’t get charged more. Piles of dirty linen bags by the lifts
No CNN or BBC - international city should have options
