Pros:

We booked two rooms, and the larger room for three guests was comfortable and well suited to our needs. The in-room washer-dryer was a fantastic convenience, especially during our trip.

The hotel is a little far from the main train station, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making the location quite practical overall.

Cons:

The room for two guests was rather uncomfortable, as the bed was pushed against the wall on one side, making it difficult for one person to get in and out of bed.

Overall, the room felt somewhat dated and would benefit from refurbishment, particularly the furniture and bathroom facilities.

Klein maar comfortabel verblijf
Pros:

Prettig hotel op 10 min lopen van Shinjuku. Goede toiletartikelen gratis beschikbaar bij de receptie. Koffie en thee gratis te verkrijgen.

Cons:

Kamers zijn erg klein, weinig tot geen ruimte om je spullen op te bergen. Achteraf zou ik eerder voor een andere wijk kiezen met een grotere kamer voor dezelfde prijs.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet, and convenient stay
Pros:

Very clean, staff was extremely nice. Convenient with three convenient stores close by, each a minute away walking distance from the hotel. The subway station was a 5 minute walk as well. Would definitely come back to stay here again.

A lovely stay with a great location and friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was great and very convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

Cons:

I would have appreciated having the room cleaned at least once during our stay, although I understand that, under the hotel's policy, housekeeping is only provided for stays longer than seven days.
