Pros:

El personal es immillorable, al restaurant del esmorzar molt servicials i pendents d'ajudar i servir qualsevol cosa que demanis.
Els personal de recepció destacar al sr Baris que parlava español i la seva ajuda va ser crucial, també les serres.Jaxmin i Júlia .
La parada del marmaray a la porta del hotel i el tranvía a 500 metres.
Tot perfecte,!

Hem viatjat en família i ens han atès molt i molt bé. Especialment l'Assistant Front Office Manager, Cihan Düzgün.

Perfect to experience old Istanbul!

Location, pool, staff was very friendly, very comfortable beds and pillows

Cons:

You need to wear swimming hats in the pool, it would have been helpful to get that information via message prior to arrival so that I can pack accordingly, instead of needing to buy at the location. Airport transfer didn't work out (not the fault of the hotel), best to just take taxi at the airport. Some things could use repair. Fitness room small

Pros:

Location excellent. Staff lovely. Room Comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The pool was great having two kids but be aware it is in the spa and you have to wear caps. Not a major issue.

Lovely short stay in Istanbul.
Pros:

Great location. The staff were very friendly. Organised the car to and from the airport and let us check in early as we arrived from Australia at 5am in the morning.
