Muy mala atención, pesimo servico, nos dejaron sin agua
Pros:

La ubicación, aunque afuera hay una coladera abierta que hace que todo huela mal.

Cons:

En la plataforma nos ofrecieron una habitacion "Superior" y nos dieron una habitación muy básica, mucho ruido fuera d ela habitación, el estacionamiento subterraneo y con acceso muy complicado, el agua se acabo cuando estabamos bañandonos por la mañana y tras reportarlo nos dijeron que se habia botado una pastilla y que lo resolverian en 10 minutos, despues de mas de una hora el agua salio cafe y con mal olor, muestra de que falta mantenimiento al sistema hidraulico, no pudimos bañarnos, salimos tarde y cuando se les reporto en recepción dijeron que "asi esta saliendo el agua en TODO Guadalajara", muy mal servicio y pesimo lugar, no volveremos nunca.

Excelente servicio de todo el personal: bell-boy, recepcionistas, camarista, mesera en restaurante.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, sin ventilación adecuada, demasiado olor a drenaje del baño, muy mala iluminación en habitación, no había donde poner la maleta, la mantuve en el piso.
