My stay was less than satisfactory.

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The water was contaminated, smelled like drain water and was coming out dirty from the toilet, shower and sink. It smelled terrible and stink up the whole room.

No lavan bien los baños!
Pros:

Muy cerca del centro histórico y mercado de San Juan.

Cons:

Que no tiene elevador, huele mucho a humedad y no lavan bien el baño, ni el cepillo le pasan por dentro al inodoro, también tiene toallas muy viejas, reservé para mí y mis dos hijos y solo nos dejaron 2 toallas, quedaron de volver con la tercera pero no pasó.

ME GUSTO EL HOTEL, LO RECOMIENDO Y VOLVERÍA A HOSPEDARME. COSTO ACCESIBLE Y LUGAR EXCELENTE.
Pros:

ME GUSTO QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN UNA ZONA CENTRICA, ASÍ QUE PUEDES DESPLAZARTE CAMINANDO FACILMENTE, ES SEGURO. EL HOTEL ES COMODO, BONITO, LIMPIO, LA ATENCIÓN DEL PERSONAL ES EXCELENTE.

1. La ubicacion: Esta muy cerca del teatro Diana y yo iba a un show ahi. Y esta cerca del centro

Cons:

1. La habitación en 3er piso y sin elevador.
2. El estacionamiento esta por detrás y hay q dar una vuelta larga para llegar a el. Aunque debo aclarar q hay personal q se puede encargar de eso pero se quedan con las llaves y hay q estarlas pidiendo si se quiere algo del carro.
3. No tiene ni un jardincito o sillas al aire libre para leer un rato o tomarse un cafecito.
4. Como esta sobre una avenida grande sí hay algo de ruido de motos o carros durante la noche.

Bien si solo es para llegar a dormir y si no eres quisquilloso
Pros:

La ubicación, totalmente. Está a unos pasos de una de las estaciones más importantes del tren ligero, es súper céntrica y llegas rápido al centro histórico. La zona es segura. El personal es super amable y siempre dispuestos a apoyar en todo. Las camas son cómodas y hay aire acondicionado y tv.

Cons:

Hay un tema serio con el olor. Apenas entras a los cuartos tienen un olor a desagüe. Lo informamos a recepción y nos comentan que es un problema de olor de la zona céntrica. Consideramos que por lo menos deberían poner aromatizantes en los cuartos para reducir el olor. Por otra parte, también tienen un tema con la calidad del agua tanto en el lavamanos, el sanitario y la regadera. No recomendamos usar el agua del lavamanos para enjuagarse la boca, y no abrir la boca al bañarse ya que el agua tiene mal olor. El hotel debería considerar hacer una limpieza profunda de su sistema de plomería, porque el agua sale con un color amarillo o naranjoso debido al sarro y el óxido. También en recepción nos comentaron que han estado batallando con ellos.
