Clean, comfortable room with great features, close to train and shops, Recommended !
Pros:

Great location, close to train stations and restaurants. As a solo traveller the room was sufficient given the price. The kitchenette and washing machine in the room was fantastic. Shower was great. Reception staff we always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the place and stay again.

Cons:

Need a tea towel to dry plates and cutlery after washing up.

Easy and confortable stay. Easy access to Tokyo via Keikyu Kamata station or JR Kamata station.
Pros:

Washing machine/dryer in your own room. Very convenient. Coffe machine with good coffee downstairs.

Cons:

I would not recommend breakfast, there are many options around the area. Basically it's frozen sandwiches, soups, etc that you have to defrost in a microwave.
