Желаю собственникам решить инженерные проблемы
Pros:

Персонал очень отзывчивый. Замечания быстро устраняются. Завтрак вполне нормальный.

Cons:

В отеле существуют конструктивно неудачные номера, где есть стойкий запах канализации. Подозреваю что хозяевам (китайцам) эта проблема известна, но почему-то продолжают селить в данные номера. Мне пришлось попросить другой номер.

Расположение у отеля хорошее

Cons:

Поставили перед фактом что в отеле нету горячей воды и не будет на все время проживания, так же сказали что отопление не работает и будет холодно, на первом этаже дебоширил пьяный гость - небезопасное место. Не верьте картинкам

We were informed—as a fait accompli—that there was no hot water in the hotel and that there wouldn’t be any for the entire duration of our stay. We were also told that the heating wasn’t working, so it would be cold. Furthermore, a drunk guest was causing a disturbance on the ground floor—it’s an unsafe place. Don’t trust the photos.
They offered no discounts, despite the circumstances. It’s either pay the full amount or leave.

В принципе норм, жаль не было отопления и горячей воды. Завтрак очень поздно подают и вначале завтракает весь персонал и после них что остаётся для гостей, мало еды совсем. С кофемашиной постоянно проблема в этой гостинице

Pros:

По приезду оказалось, что в отеле нет горячей воды - заранее об этом никто не сообщил.
Номер старый, убран плохо.
Заплатил за ранний заезд и ночь - выехал в 17:00 того же дня - разницу никто возвращать не собирался.
