El personal de recepción que estuvo en el segundo turno fue muy amable, me subieron el sillon que hacia falta en mi cuarto y me ayudaron con temas de facturacion. En general fue un buen servicio despues de que me entregaran el cuarto.

Cons:

Yo llegue 4 horas antes del check in y habia avisado con antelación de mi horario de llegada. La persona que me recibió no fue amable, no me dio un cuarto (me comentó hostilmente que estaba lleno) y no me ofreció ninguna solción u opción, tuve esperar todo ese tiempo en el Starbucks que esta en lobby... pero yo habia tomado un vuelo de madrugada y estaba muy cansada. Tampoco me avisaron cuando estuvo listo, supe porque yo me acerque a preguntar. Tambien la atención de la persona del valet parking... cuando llegaban carros de alta gama hasta les abria la puerta y a nosotros ni siquiera nos ofrecia sus servicios.

COMODIDAD Y AMABILIDAD DE TODO SU PERSONAL
Pros:

Me encanta hospedarme en este hotel, esta de lo mas comodo por la ubicacion, todo hacemos caminando, hay muchos sitios de interes cerca, sin duda, volveria mil veces mas.

quiza, quitar la alfombra de los pasillos, seria mas higienico
