Le parking. Mauvaise surprise le matin. Notre Volvo noire immatriculé VS à la porte enfoncée. Si une personne se reconnaît. Prière de contacter l hôtel ibis à Delémont. Cette personne n a donc pas d assurance ???? Et aucun état d âme!!!!! L honnêteté fait défaut. À bon entendeur

Pros:

La posizione centrale è molto comoda e il check-in online permette di risparmiare tempo al banco della reception. Le camere sono funzionali e ben strutturate, anche se il design degli hotel IBIS lo trovo sempre un po' freddo e poco accogliente. In ogni caso, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è equilibrato. Il posteggio coperto gratuito è sicuramente un punto a favore.

Cons:

La descrizione delle camere è fuorviante: alla reception mi è poi stata assegnata la camera giusta, sembra che il problema sia conosciuto. Il Checkout è entro 12:00, come da indicazione su booking.come e sul sito ufficiale: per sicurezza al mio arrivo ho avvisato la reception che sarei rimasto fino all'ultimo, ma la donna delle pulizie alle 09:30 ha bussato alla porta, dicendo che avrei dovuto informare la reception.

Le personnel de nettoyage a ouvert ma porte après avoir forcé le pougnet alors que je dormais. J'ai eu très peur en tant que femme. La réception m'a expliqué plus tard qu'il fallait mettre un papier ne pas me déranger, ce qui ne m'avait pas été signalé quand j'arrivais à l'hôtel. Il n'y avait pas de petit frigo pour garder au frais mes boissons ou mon repas

1 du personnel nul et c'est un des principal.
Télévision : désolé la télé ne parle allemand où anglais !!! )excepté les 2 suisse romande)
Mais je peux vous changer de chambre.
Cela le 2ème jours alors que je partait le lendemain.
