Le lit est très confortable, les chambres sont propres

Cons:

Je ne vois pas l’utilité de faire son checking en ligne mettre sa carte bancaire pour qu’au final arrivé à l’hôtel le personnel nous demande une 2nd fois de le faire.

Overpriced and unfriendly - only stay for convenience
Pros:

The location was good and the room was clean and spacious, but that was about it. I did like the bartender in the bar though, she was trying her best

Cons:

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, the room was hot (air-con wouldn’t go down below 19 and the room itself felt more like 25-30 degrees)… thank goodness we had a balcony, so once the sun went down we could open door for some fresh air - but the balcony, whilst huge, had no furniture and was in disrepair. Plus the advertised pool you had to pay extra for. The restaurant wasn’t open but you could order food (but you couldn’t eat it in the bar, you had to take it to your room - we instead went next door to Bar Gourmet at Novotel and it was brilliant).

Le personnel est très aimable et le petit déjeuner très bon et bien garni

Cons:

La piscine payante dans un 4 étoiles ! et très mal précisé dans l'annonce et non inclus dans le prix. La chambre était très mal insonorisée.
