Pros:

I didn't like that you have to pay to go swimming or that you had to pay for the shuttle van. Those are things that should be included. It also doesn't say that on the details of the property that you have to pay for these things. It does for breakfast 20E which is fine. Also it does not say you have to pay a deposit. The restaurant is expensive as well

The front staff were good. English was sufficient. Our check in process began okay with acknowledgement of our reservation. (4:00 ish). Then the phone calls started to the room staff to see if our room was ready. The first phone conversation went on for 4-5 minutes and the second conversation was 2-3 minutes.
We were given a room that was ok but was obviously a replacement room for the one we booked. This room was meant as a handicapped room. The room did not have a king bed as was promised in the reservation (it was a twin). There were a couple of spider webs hanging from the ceiling and the cutlery was enough for one person only. Never again.

Pros:

Rooms and hotel needs renovation, first room had no shower door, second room the heating couldn’t be turned off.
Night staff are very immature and unprofessional, not caring that the rooms given have issues. When we had an issue with our room there was three air hostesses who were given rooms that were already occupied, one lady was given two occupied rooms. Staff didn’t care. Overpriced

Spacieuse mais plein de petites amélioration
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, mais barre de seuil de la porte des toilettes qui tombe, radiateur SDB rayé de partout, la TV n arrête pas de s éteindre des fois au bout de 5 minutes, des fois 15 ou 30 minutes, et des fois ca se remettait directement sur la même chaine, des fois réinitialisation à zéro... tres embêtant !

The environment was very clean and the food was good. The location was perfect very close to the airport and a shopping center. Housekeeping made sure everything was clean and well taken care of. Overall, great sense of safety and security.

All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver thoroughly explained getting to each airport terminal from the drop off point. Daytime shuttle service is limited and is an extra fee
Maintenance responded within minutes for a simple repair. TV reception was weak but could not be repaired. A little kitchenette was useful for a 2 day stay. Many choices for self serve breakfast (not included in price) and well staffed, clean with many choices. Glass door shower entrance is extremely narrow. A deep bathtub is available with attached hand held shower. Walking to the village is pleasant through a park behind hotel. Spa was closed but indoor pool was available.

Property and room were fine for a night’s layover but staff were quite abrupt checking in. Had a room for 4 people with one bed and one pullout couch but there were no sheets for the couch. Staff also quite abrupt when called about sheets and had to go get them. The mattress on the pullout was quite stained, a mattress protector is recommended. Not a great impression to end a trip with, although the morning staff were more pleasant when checking out.

Liked that it was close to the airport .

Did not like that they list their pool and hot tub as an amenity, however you have to pay to use them, even if you are a guest. Did not like thay they only procided 2 towels for a pre-booked room with 3 guests.
Room had leaking taps, broken mirror, and broken bathroom fixtures. Bathroom was dirty on arrival.

Amazing service
Pros:

I have stayed in the hotel for 7nights Himsaya the front desk guy was the first point of contacts and made our stay a pleasant one. He always have a smile and welcoming personality. So as the other receptionists. Good location and nice village with amazing food near the tourism centre

Close to Disneyland we will surely visit the hotel again the highlights was the spa. Overall a 10/10 experience
