Gute Wahl für einen Kurztrip mit der Bahn nach Berlin.
Pros:

Zimmer zentral gelegen in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes. Zimmer zum Garten sind ruhig.

Cons:

Nur Handtücher und Bettwäsche für eine Person im Doppelzimmer. Frühstück ist nur auf unbequemen, viel zu niedrigen Sitzen möglich.

Schlechter Service in nettem Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral am Hauptbahnhof und hat ein schönes Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und nett gestaltet.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kingsizebett für zwei Personen gebucht. Bekommen haben wir höchstens ein Queensizebett mit nur einer Handtuch- und Deckenausstattung. Das mit den Handtüchern haben wir noch gesehen und reklamiert, leider die knappe Decke nicht. Erst als wir spät von einer Party kamen und umgezogen waren. In der Nacht hatten wir so den Kampf um die Decke. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir Bescheid gesagt. Es kam keine Entschuldigung. Wir hätten ja eine weitere Decke holen können. Wir fanden die Antwort unverschämt.

Great location, friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Room was set up for a single occupancy, 1 towel and single duvet/blanket. Booked for double occupancy. No phone to ring reception to request. Long waits with broken lifts. Breakfast was good.

Pros:

Lage. Frühstück ab 6.00 Uhr

Cons:

Ich warte seit dem Check-in auf meine Rechnung. Dreimaliges Nachfragen, kein Bild, kein Ton. Support unbesetzt. Der verstopfter Abfluss im Waschbecken hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Motel One HBF ist extrem teuer geworden. Preis/Leistung stimmt leider nicht mehr wirklich.

Die Rechnungen sollten ab 12:00 Uhr am Abreisetag per mail gesendet werden, hat erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage und mehreren Tagen geklappt

Hotel com ótima localização!
Pros:

Recepção e Check in sem burocracia e nada de cobrança de caução! O quarto é ótimo e a limpeza é feita todos os dias!
