- La grandeur de la chambre avec balcon
- La variété du petit déjeuner
- La gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel
- Grand parking gratuit
- Le fait qu'il y ait une piscine, même si nous n'y sommes pas allés

Pros:

A atendente Daniela e uma brasileira, pessoa incrível que nos recepcionou super bem e eu me senti em casa, alem de apresentar as atrações que teriam na cidade naquele dia, ela fez reservas para atividades e nos deu todo suporte para que nosso passeio e estadia fosse incrível, alem de tudo isso quando entramos no quarto ela deixou uma carta de boas vindas acompanhada com deliciosos bolinhos, outro detalhe tínhamos cafe e chá a vontade.

Pros:

Stanza, piscina, letto grande e comodo; dolcetto e frase di benvenuto.

Cons:

Accoglienza; siamo arrivati in concomitanza con un pulmann di canadesi ed é stata data precedenza al loro check-in invece che a noi (4 persone); inoltre siccome c’era una guida sarebbe stato più celere dare le informazioni relative la struttura con un unica comunicazione invece che ripeterle ad ogni coppia per ogni check-in; abbiamo dovuto fare una fila di 40 minuti.
