Super hyggeligt hotel indrettet med lidt kant og god humor. Fantastisk beliggenhed og samtidigt tæt på godt parkeringshus, så perfekt stop på vej sydpå. Man får lyst til at blive længere.

La ubicación inmejorable, el hotel tiene mucho encanto!!

Cons:

Algunos trabajadores no eran amables. Nosotros no hablamos alemán y poco inglés y la mala comunicación les sentaba mal en algunos casos.

Emplacement idéal, personnel aux petits soins mais faites des rénovations!

Un personnel génial! Malgré la canicule, parfaits.

Cons:

Des chambres non climatisées, avec deux ventilateurs brassant de l’air à 35 degrés.
Avec plus de professionnalisme, l’hôtel nous aurait avertis la veille a minima qu’il n’y avait pas de clim et aurait pu nous proposer une solution alternative, ou un changement de date: rien n’a été proposé.

Beautiful unusual small and cosy hotel
Pros:

A very quirky hotel, full of interesting details and decor. The location is excellent, very central and the staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Difficult to get to by car. Not the hotel's fault but it is in the pedestrian area so we needed rescuing by the staff both to unload the car and find the car park.

An excellent stay in the most picturesque hotel in Baden Baden.
Pros:

Excellent central location, and very good food for both the evening meal and breakfast. The property looks amazing from the front.

Cons:

There is no lift to the upper floors so you will need to lug your bags up stairs and parking is a short walk away from the hotel. This wasn’t a problem for us, but worth bearing in mind if you have mobility problems.
