Could be much better
Pros:

The staff are very nice.

Cons:

Dirty carpet. Bathroom light too bright. Think of the pillow covers smelt like they had been used by someone. Poor breakfast selection. Very noisy being opposite venues. Room not very soundproofed. Mugs in bedroom too small.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean and well equipped room, the bed was extremely comfortable. Great central location. Surprisingly quiet given the area is surrounded by pubs.

Cons:

The only down side was there wasn't a hairdryer in the room and the water struggled a little to stay warm at one point in the morning

Cons:

My room was cold this time I stayed and I habit move to other room and the heat ing was working in that room and the shower was cold I have stayed here a few times and not had a problem I did report and stayed in the room but it was cold and no hot water in shower then had problem s with TV could nt work but got that sorted in the end I like it there but this stay I wasn't happy with I am sorry for the Conplain i don't Conplain but this time I had to a horrible stay of a night

Excellent
Pros:

Near Neath rail station, shops, pubs Knoll Country park with waterfall scenery cafe etc worth a visit. Staff at hotel friendly helpful, lift for wheelchair. The only minus is the bath having to climb in. Would stay in hotel again.

Cons:

No evening meals but plenty eating restaurants nearby. Excellent hotel.

Love this hotel!

I always end up on the third floor although I'm disabled (but of course that's my fault for no notifying them prior to arrival).

Nice stay and friendly staff. Very clean.
Pros:

Great location. Family room is huge. Staff friendly and nice. No heating in the room just a fan heater. Would be cold in the winter.

Cons:

The price was a bit much. No parking apart from a small car park that was full due to a beer festival the same weekend.

Horrendous
Pros:

Disgusting, needs deep clean and fixtures fixed. So much damage in room. Carpets filthy. Changed room and that was the same. Avoid.
