Staff was nice. People around were friendly. We booked hotel as it had free breakfast included, but didn’t read properly

Lovely hotel, very good location.

Cons:

Noise - ventilators sound through the window was very loud, it was hard to sleep, especially when it was so hot - 32 degrees and no air con in a room.

I’ve stayed here for several years whilst visiting from America an old friend from Welsh class. There is a lovely lounge

Very well located.Lovely staff. Exceptionally tidy. Very good value.

Bathtub very deep and difficult to navigate.

Good location in the centre of town. My room was okay but needed a new carpet and

Good location in centre of town with nearby easy parking.

Cons:

Bedroom was a little more tired and although clean there were numerous dark marks/stains on the carpet. The mattress’s on both of the twin beds were uncomfortable.

The bread was mouldy!!! When I pointed this out to the staff member, he didn’t seem too bothered.
The hotel is quite run down, smells of damp

Pros:

Neath is centrally lokated, the Hotel is easy to reach. I had a spacious room, clean and quiet. Good value for money. Met my expectations. Cold Breakfast-buffet. Nice hotel-bar. I would go there again.
