Pros:

Neath is centrally lokated, the Hotel is easy to reach. I had a spacious room, clean and quiet. Good value for money. Met my expectations. Cold Breakfast-buffet. Nice hotel-bar. I would go there again.

Very central for exploring lots of places
Pros:

Staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel is seriously underrated on Booking.com. We weren't expecting much, but are so glad we ignored the score.
We were warned that it is very noisy at the weekend- which it was, but during the week days it was fine.

Pros:

The building and decor were lovely. Air conditioned bar with plenty of premium offerings. Staff very friendly. Bed was comfy and the room was surprisingly large.

Cons:

Our room on the second floor didn't have air con (rooms on first floor do so I'm led to believe) and in this heatwave it was honestly unbearable. I was sweating profusely just lying down. The fan did very little. I don't like leaving negativity on reviews but we had to leave it was so hot. If there wasn't a heat wave it would have been wonderful.

Great location, staff are really good

Cons:

The air con unit made a buzzing sound every 20 minutes through the night. The night porter kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there too.
Shame because other than that it was really good value

Family room is a good size.

Room was tired needed TLC. smelt as we walked in bathroom needs a serious overhaul … the view from our room you can’t control but at least tidy it up, breakfast was advertised as continental not the best breckie and would have preferred a full English….would we stay there again NO
