Poor parking and breakfast.
Pros:

Helpful friendly staff. Good location. Hotel has a great history.

Cons:

Car parking a bit of a nightmare. Small hotel carpark near by was full and waited for someone to leave. When I collected my car in the morning the carpark was virtually empty. I can only assume that there were people parking on the Saturday who were not staying in the hotel.
Very disappointed that it was a continental breakfast and I wasn't the only one. This is Wales, well known for a good breakfast.

Pros:

Good location, though some areas of the town are looking neglected and could do with some attention, bonus of free parking, close by.
Friendly staff, very helpful always

Cons:

Some tlc is needed in maintenence of rooms, considering the price of the rooms.
Recent change to the breakfast offered is very poor compared with the cooked breakfast self service that has previously been available, have stayed many times before and looked forward to this, continental breakfast consists of processed slices of ham, cheese slices no bread rolls or croissants, Danish pastries,as seen in supermarkets
huge amount of boiled eggs? No choice/alternatives of scrambled etc, good to see they've kept the toast facility, coffee and juices. Basic cereals, yogurt available no fresh fruits and presentation could be improved.

Good hotel but no cooked breakfast.
Pros:

We stay at this hotel on a yearly basis for a reunion, the hotel staff are always welcoming and friendly. The dinner we had on the Friday night was good.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that they no longer serve a cooked breakfast yet the increase in cost of the stay was higher than the rate of inflation so not good value for money as in previous years.
