Cons:

Всё остальное: в номере запах сырости и плесени, ремонт и вся мебель старые, затертые, грязные занавески, застиранное постельное бельё, некомфортные кровати, уборка НЕ каждый день, по выходным НЕ убирают, от спортзала только название, дважды срабатывала пожарная сигнализация, возможно, неполадки с проводкой, не стоит своих денег.

The apartment was significantly overpriced for what was offered and did not provide value for the amount paid.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Recommended, especially if you are able to take advantage of all that South Kensington has to offer.
Pros:

I researched lodging options for this trip to London, and I'm glad I chose this one. It was within walking distance to several museums, including the Victoria and Albert, which should not be missed. There are tons of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, as well as tube access. I would easily book again. The staff was very helpful in securing transportation to our next stop in England.

Cons:

Our unit showed its age, with some of the carpeting showing stains.

Wonderful apartment with everything needed for a 5 night stay in London

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The views out the windows was lovely. Apartment was very clean with a great kitchen and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful

The perfect spot to stay for our trip to London!
Pros:

The really helpful staff who were willing to go the extra mile and assist with any request. The doorman who helped my elderly mom every time we came or went. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The water in the fridge on arrival and the few helpful kitchen supplies made a big difference. Comfy beds too.
