Although this is called “apartments”, they have a nice lobby and stuff 24 hours. The only difference from a hotel is no dinning room. We stayed both in a studio (which we liked very much), and in a one-bedroom apartment. Both were well equipped with all amenities. Very clean, like new.
Well, frankly none, except for the distance from the nearest tube station (about 300m, which for us is a bit long).
The location is perfect, close to the Museum area and also close to Piccadilly line, to reach LHR very easy. Also, the apartment is clean and well stocked. Very comfortable beds and roomy also. perfect place to stay in London
Nothing to complain
Everything but the noise from outside
Road noise
Lokalizacja . Blisko stacji metra, muzeum , pałac, park.
Miła obsługa.
Bardzo dobrze przygotowany apartament.
Wygodne pokoje.
The reception staff was great. Our room was upgraded at no cost. Very spacious and comfy. A home away from home.
The cleaning wasn't up to standard.
Excellent location and staff
Everything about the property was excellent would definitely recommend to anyone
There’s nothing not to like
My experience was generally pleasant. The apartment size is excellent and it provides most of the necessary amenities. Overall cleanliness is good; however, the living room sofa was not clean and needs better attention.
The rooms are very small, and the bed is also very small and uncomfortable to move on. The main bedroom bathroom is extremely small and unacceptable in terms of space.
The location is excellent, and a high level of security and protection is available with 24-hour guarding, which is a very positive factor for tourists.
One issue that occurred repeatedly during my stay was the interruption of hot water several times, which needs to be addressed.
I would like to thank the staff member Ibn Al-Mahfouz for his cooperation and assistance with all needs, which had a positive impact on the overall experience.
Rooms
I would like to thank the staff member at the hotel for their help and service specially Mr Mahfoud who was truly helpful and cooperative.
The hotel was quite expensive, and in my opinion, it didn’t quite justify the cost. I’d also like to mention that the room in the basement had its window unlocked, which makes it vulnerable to security issues.
