EXCELENTE!
Pros:

El área de la playa es excelente. La vista de la habitación estaba preciosa, elegí la que tenía vista al mar de la sgeunda planta. Las camas comodas, y el hotel hermoso.

Cons:

Pues ya van dos veces que me hospedo ahí y no me ha tocado encontrar el ALMA BAR funcionando, o nunca lo tienen abierto y solo es falsa publicidad lo que ponen en sus fotos, o he tenido mala suerte. Esta un poco lejos del centro pero realmente no tiene nada más malo, está excelente todo.

EL PEOR HOTEL DE MI VIDA

NOS ROBARON DINERO, NOS ROMPIERON LA VALIJA.
Nuestra experiencia fue pésima. Sufrimos el robo de pertenencias y, además, nos rompieron la valija. A esto se suman múltiples fallas durante la estadía: no había agua caliente, el wifi no funcionaba, la televisión tampoco y la caja fuerte estaba fuera de servicio. Absolutamente un desastre.
La atención del supuesto “gerente” fue igual de deficiente: una persona impresentable, incapaz de brindar soluciones. No nos quisieron mostrar las cámaras de seguridad ni ofrecieron ningún tipo de respuesta ante lo ocurrido.
El hotel no está a la altura de su categoría y, para empeorar la situación, el trato recibido fue irrespetuoso, con una actitud burlona hacia nosotros.
Realmente, una experiencia horrible tanto por las instalaciones como por el personal.

• Couchers de soleil splendides
• Personnel sympathique et chambres propres

Cons:

- Salle de bain à revoir :
- Murs très abîmés et sales, avec une forte impression
propres d’évacuation dans la douche, le lavabo et les toilettes
→ Une rénovation est clairement nécessaire

- Literie moyenne : matelas un peu dur, mais reste acceptable pour quelques nuits

- Piscine décevante :
- Obligation de consommer au bar pour pouvoir en profiter, alors qu’elle est incluse dans le prix de la chambre

Loved Holbox but did not love this hotel.
Pros:

The property was in a great location on the beach.

Cons:

The beds were like concrete. The receptionist was not very friendly. No one spoke any English or knew what we were talking about when we enquired about breakfast. The rooftop pool was a joke and if you want to go in it maybe take a Brillo pad to clean off the green slime round the sides of the pool. No where to sunbathe. The pictures on here are strategically taken to make this hotel look much nicer than it is. The bathroom is very outdated. This hotel is clean but there are much nicer places to stay on Holbox that aren’t as much money.

La ubicación y la atención del personal muy bien, la habitación limpia y comoda, excepto el baño.

En la habitación que nos toco el baño en general mal. Medio caida la puerta y rechinando al abrir y cerrar, la regadera nada mas era manual o llamada de teléfono, también se encharcaba al bañarte porque no se iba bien el agua y muy poca agua en el w.c

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, camera davvero ampia e dotata di tutti i comfort possibili. Bar sul terrazzo di gran classe e top disponibilità da parte di tutti.

Cons:

L’unica cosa negativa è stata la distanza dal centro.
