Pros:

Great & quiet beach location. Wonderful view from Seafront room. Staff was very responsive. Clean room. Liked the rustic, jungle vibe. Rooftop bar and pool were outstanding.

Cons:

Beds were a bit hard & like everywhere in Holbox, beach bar was expensive. Grounds could use a bit of trimming & tidying. Rooftop pool was really dirty for part of our stay.

Loved my stay in Holbox. I can't wait to come back to Villas Tiburon!
Pros:

Beach view for a very good price. Beach was pristine and having a nice shady spot to lounge was great! Friendly staff. Room was a nice size, clean, and beds were comfy.

Cons:

For the price, whatever negatives like a shallow pool and no breakfast included, can be overlooked. It was an amazing value, especially when you consider the prices of the surrounding hotels.
