Gostei da localização e da segurança.
O hotel está antigo e com necessidade de reformas. O banheiro é um pouco precário. Chuveiro bom, mas merecia um box. Cheiro de mofo e móveis antigos. Limpeza poderia ser melhor. Qualidade preço benefício ruim. Piscina péssima.

Location and parking staff
Shampoo-ish wasn’t shampoo but something stinky thar made my hair feel brittle (which is not). Wall mounted light fixtures came off- exposing cable and I had an 8y/o with me.
The pool water appeared to be treated with some sort of pure Clorox or harsh chemicals and my son’s skin became immediately irritated and red after jumping in it and his throat was burning. He loves - loves pools so for him wanting to get out and go take a shower asap , it must have been a very unpleasant experience to put it lightly.
I asked the front desk for ice and she told me to go and buy ice at the convenience store a block away - when I explained that ice is oftentimes provided she the sent me to their restaurant to get a pint size bucket.

First, the room felt small, not properly aerated and stuffy. Also the Air Conditioner in the room was leaking, leaking lots and lots of water, which it falls to the titled floor made the floor slippery and uncomfortable. I reported to the front desk on two occasions, and they had someone come over to take a look at it, but whatever fixes he made did not work. I had to keep cleaning this up every day of my stay. Bathroom was stuffy as well and had only one Toilet paper for a 7 day stay!
En general todo estuvo bien, pero el servicio del bar por la tarde si estuvo muy mal, pedí unas bebidas para la alberca y se tardaron demasiado, las recibí ya en la habitación y tuve que recordarlos, me llevaron club sándwich y no me pusieron servilletas.
pedí 2 toallas porque las usamos para separarnos en la alberca y solo me llevaron 2.

Schöne Lage, man erreicht vieles fußläufig und hat Restaurants und Cafés in der Straße. Es gab einen kleinen Pool für eine Erfrischung in der Mittagshitze, keine Liegen aber dafür einen Tisch mit Stühlen und Pooltücher. Uns wurde (zumindest beim Check-in) mit dem Gepäck geholfen und die Garage gleich nebenan ist sehr praktisch und sicher, falls man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist.
Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen sehr klein, das kleinste Zimmer, das wir in unserem ganzen Mexiko-Aufenthalt hatten. Das Bad ist Mini und ich finde es wirklich nervig, wenn man in so einem Hotel mit Kind kein 3. Duschtuch bekommt als Familie (das ist uns häufiger passiert, aber in einem Hotel in der Preisklasse sollte das drin sein). Eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest ein Wasserkocher wären angebracht. Die Zimmer sind teilweise hellhörig, weil sie zum Gang hin ausgelegt sind. Insgesamt hätte ich mir mehr erwartet und würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
