A (subtle) Art Deco gem in a lovely setting with friendly staff
Pros:

This is a lovely property in a lovely spot. Being something of an Art Deco fan, this is a gem. For those who aren't interested, or don't know, don't worry, the art deco is subtle but lovely, door handles, mirrors etc, just evoke a 1920's style. Add to that that we had the garden / family room, which had a separate room for us, and a separate room with single beds for the children, a small-ish lounge, and, a private garden - plus it's in some lovely grounds, all part of a comfortable, friendly house with really helpful staff.

Cons:

My only comment would be that the carpets in the garden room could do with a clean, but other than that, the bedding was clean and fresh, the setting was lovely, and we were very happy we'd found it.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We decided on the cooked breakfast, and the eggs were exceptionally fresh. It was served with plenty of toast and generous jugs of freshly brewed filter coffee.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, and we enjoyed having breakfast beneath the pergola, which made for a particularly pleasant setting.

The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

There were facilities to make tea and coffee in the room, but it would have been a good idea to leave some bottles of mineral water as it was so hot.

The property is set in lovely grounds. Excellent breakfast. Needs a deep clean and sadly the bathroom is too small.

Un sitio maravilloso, el personal muy atento en todo momento, la comida fabulosa.
Pros:

El desayuno es buenísimo. La cena también una maravilla. Nuestra habitación era muy pequeña, pero confortable. Nos ha encantado el sitio. Volvemos seguro.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación era la número 1, creo que la más pequeña del hotel. La próxima vez cogeremos una un poco más grande. La cama nos resultó pequeña, aunque era de matrimonio.
