Below expectations and value.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Door lock would malfunction and make noises for 15 minutes straight. We contacted the front desk about it several times and were told it would be addressed. It never was. Also the room had stains all over the chair and curtains. Final insult was on check out the concierge asked how the stay was and I told her about all the issues (again). She offered us a complimentary breakfast but we already paid for it with our room. Also the kitchen was closed when she offered it to us so even though we paid for it, we couldn’t use it.

Pros:

Nice hotel in a decent spot & affordable

Cons:

Our 2 twin bed room was TIGHT! for 2 adults & 2 teenagers. Also, the elevator buttons are confusing as to where the lobby is (choices of 0+, 0 & 0-)

Excellent location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Excellent location just a few minutes walk to Glasgow Central train station and the city centre. Ideal for the airport bus also. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

A lovely stay at the Hotel Indigo - Glasgow
Pros:

The hotels is in a great location!! Really friendly and approachable staff. They were really happy to help! The hotel is lovely & clean. The rooms are well appointed, modern and the room facilities are good! We enjoyed our nights sleep, the shower and toiletries.
Really good value for money!!

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great. Our order was seemingly missed, hence a table who ordered after us were served before. This might have been because we ordered poached eggs with our cooked breakfast however this really shouldn't happen. We had asked for the beans to be heated up and sadly hadn't checked the rest of the produce. The tomatoes, mushroom and beans were all luke warm at best and we'd have sent the breakfast back!

The bathroom toilet in our room had a really stiff flush. Annoying as you'd really have to firmly and quickly push it after use. - we reported this to reception upon check out.

Would not stay again
Pros:

Like it’s location and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I booked and confirmed in September 2025 for £369 and at the weekend they changed me £419 and i was told there was nothing I could do about it, even though i showed my confirmation and email. Several conversations later and my refusal to wait 2 days for a manager and 45mins into the discussions once we were late for our food reservation we were then refunded the £50. I also seen this happen to the guests that came in after us.

Pros:

The hotel was exceptional. The room was perfect and the staff helpful and Friendly. Unfortunately breakfast was not included and the price was 18 pd per person. Considering this would be considered a premium hotel for the cost you would think it would be provided. We found a local restaurant with a much lower price point. The dinning room was not open for supper but the bar had a light menu which we really enjoyed.

Pros:

Good clean quiet room with comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Hotel advertised as having a restaurant, a reason we chose it. But it was currently not in operation.
A cooked breakfast which got glowing feedback wasn't available because chef hadn't turned up for work.
The bar advertised Guinness but it had none.
These three issues took the edge off things and deter choosing the hotel again.
