Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and good. Great location to stores. Room and bedding was excellent.

Cons:

I can't think of anything better you could do. Beautiful hotel and excellent management and employees.

Pros:

I pretty much liked everything about the property! Very clean, well kept inside and the grounds are beautiful. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is that we had a nice very large room but only one easy chair. It would have been nice if me and my husband both had a comfy chair. Especially since there was so much room. Most of the hotels we stay in only have one comfortable chair though. It doesn’t seem like that much extra expense to provide 2.

I’ve stayed here a couple times. It’s the only place I’ll stay in Amish Country.
Pros:

I loved the size of our room and our balcony with the amazing view! Breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The only issue we had was our bathtub drain. Only one person could shower in the mornings and one at night because the water would not drain.

We loved staying at this hotel. Close to everything in Berlin.
Pros:

I liked the room. It was very clean and spacious. Really nice bathroom. Breakfast was quite good.

Pros:

Large room, comfortable bed and areas to place luggage instead of on floor. Breakfast was good.Protein options available. Could always use more fruit although they did have apples and bananas available. Roomy comfortable lounge area in lobby and fire pit outside.

Cons:

Well it seems that a large majority of hotels do not have good lighting for application of makeup in the bathroom. It would be great to have a magnifying mirror and great lighting for its use. When the glasses are off, it's a guessing game as to whether you applied makeup correctly. Other than that, we had a pleasant one night stay.

Total over all, a 9 1/2. Breakfast was not disappointing, just not what I am use to!!

Breakfast was fare. I am a country boy, and it was not home cooking like I am use to. If was ok, Thankful To Have It In House!! Very Nice People Working There!! I would still rate it a 9, but not 10. Very nice room! Layed out Great! I Really like the the fridge Was Not hiding behind a cabinet door like some Hotels! Very Comfortable bed, Nice pillow selection!! Clean room and Hotel! The fire place was a Nice touch!! It was 40ish outside.

Cons:

Light from front shone in windows. (A small thing in such a Nice Place!!) I tried to pull drapes together more. No luck. If one don't mind light in the night, it would be Great!

A few hits, but we would come back.
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the room was large and not cramped. The staff were polite and helpful. Although we did not use it, the courtyard seemed lovely and inviting, aa quite a number of guests who were using the area might agree.

Cons:

The hot water in bathroom took ages to warm up. Maybe 5 to 10 minutes, with an additional few minutes before it peaked.

Breakfast was not very impressive. Bacon was paper thin. No biscuits or gravy?
