Staff super friendly -dinner amazing and upgraded to river view upon request
Fried potato cubes with fry but not really a complaint just personal taste. My fault as i thought it was going to be ord fried potato
Quirky building well decorated
Bathroom difficulty for disabled person. Room very warm and noisy as it was next to lift and on front street
The staff & food was excellent
The rooms are outdated but very clean
Breakfast very nice and staff super friendly
I liked being in the centre of town and enjoyed conversing with staff.
I loved every part of my visit
Rooms too warm
Room was very clean, bright and comfortable. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.
Breakfast and staff amazing
Only problem was not enough parking at hotel but out of their control
Very good, breakfast is perfect, service is very good, everything is at a very high level
Breakfast was excellent and service very pleasant, but we could have been in a nicer room. We had no view of the river. One room was a good space for a family. Great central location in the town.
W.C. was very basic but the shower had good pressure. Carpets and doors looked a little tired. Lift was creaky.
Food in the hotel restaurant was amazing. It kept us from eating out in the city. ;-)
Parking in the garage was challenging - not enough parking spaces. I traveled with my 91-year old mother who is fairly mobile and parking down the street was not an option for us. Luckily the food was so good we didn't go out much except for a few day trips to Knock and Ballycastle.
Breakfast was good
Rooms could do with upgrade
Price bit expensive
