Lovely resort
Pros:

We stayed here 14 years ago and came back with our two daughters. We had a lagoon swim up room. The resort is as lovely as it was 14 years ago, is well maintained and the staff excellent. We had a fantastic stay!

Magnifique!!!
Pros:

Magnifique Hotel au calme, de grandes chambres avec des lits très confortables. Nous avons demandé un lit d'appoint et nous avons eu assez de place pour continuer a circuler dans la chambre. Le personnel est au petit soin.

Magnifique sur la lagune
Pros:

Nous avions pris une chambre avec ponton sur la lagune - exceptionnel. Lit très confortable et chambre spacieuse. L’hôtel est très apaisant - possibilité de prendre un paddle ou un kayak. Petit déjeuner ok

attention : notre chambre avec "vue mer" n'avait vue que sur ... des transaats et parasols mais pas la mer. Il nous a fallu négocier pour avoir une meilleure chambre...

Get away in Bacalar .
Pros:

Lake side rooms have a fantastic view on the lagoon . It’s within tropical gardens with lots of wildlife to watch .

Cons:

The superior suits is very nice but also decorated a bit minimalistic

Pas au niveau attendu et du prix payé
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien mais le confort de la chambre très limité

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 adultes et 2 adultes ont dormi sur un deux parties d’un canapé transformé en 2 petits lits Les 2 petits lits n’étaient pas faits à notre arrivée et il manquait les serviettes verres et autres pour 2 personnes

Pros:

De locatie van het resort is adembenemend! Fantastische huisjes en super leuk personeel. Het water van de lagune is het beste waar ik ooit in gezwommen heb. Een aanrader is het boottochtje met de boot van het resort!

Een aanrader voor iedereen die hier in de buurt is.
Pros:

Ik heb hier een hele speciale vraag gesteld die met een overtuigende JA werd beantwoord. Hoe het personeel hier de kamer heeft opgemaakt en mij heeft geholpen bij mijn aanzoek is zo lief. De locatie van het verblijf, met een eigen steiger aan het water. Het uitzicht is hier overal op het terrein adembenemend.

Cons:

Helaas was het gerecht wat we wilde bestelling niet aanwezig. Hier is het personeel netjes mee omgegaan en met een heel lekker alternatief gekomen.

Un vrai paradis
Pros:

Tout. Il faut préciser que nous avions le bungalow avec ponton privé. Ce fût une pure merveille. La chambre était encore plus belle que sur les photos, moderne et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La literie fantastique, les oreillers divins!!! Le personnel est aux petits soins et nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Les installations et la restauration sont au rdv. Bref, c’était magique 😍🙏

Excellent resort in Bacalar.
Pros:

Excellent family hotel. Impeccable room. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Close to town. Great swimming in the lagoon. I really appreciated the upgrade to the bigger room. Decent restaurant but I would say go into town and enjoy the good restaurants there too.

My only points for improvement is that the WiFi at the property is very spotty, but hey it’s Mexico and that’s pretty normal for most of the country

Lovely place
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay! Lovely hotel, good food, and always things to do (kayak, paddleboard, swimming). Bungalow with entrance to the lake! Best hotel of our Mexico trip.
