Le prix de la suite pour uniquement deux lits étaient disproportionné et plus vue sur la lagune complètement obstruée par la végétation. Supplément charge I utilemnt. Déjeuner plus que succinct pour ne pas dire ridicule. La table le soir n’était guère mieux.

A place to give you peace
Pros:

Well, it had been a while since we stayed here. This time we had a room which had direct access to the lagoon. There is very little to not like about the rooms. Big, boutique style and well decorated.......the lagoon does the rest. The boat tour is a must do and the restaurant serves good food. Not great but defenitely tasty. In our point of view one of the best options at Bacalar. The spa is small but the massages are truly excellent in quality!

Amazing place to enjoying the nature
Pros:

Hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, its a place where you can relax and enjoying the nature. The access to the lagoon is very convenient and gives you the chance to swim or simply enjoy the views. The room was excellent in size and convenient need to try one with private access to the lagoon next time.

Amazing hotel view
Pros:

The bungalow with direct access to the lake was the best decision we made on this trip thru Quintana Roo. The hotel is minutes from el centro and the Fort. 20 minutes away from Los Rapidos. To really see the beauty of the lake and in lake cenotes, you must take a boat tour which the hotel offers and takes off right from its pier.

Bel hôtel dans un environnement superbe ( très belle végétation tropicale autour des pavillons )

Cons:

Les pavillons standards ont un espace extérieur plus petit et moins intime. Les pavillons les plus chers sont superbes avec de très belles terrasses extérieures .
Ce n’est pas une critique. Les prix sont très différents selon le type de pavillon, et dans l’ensemble le rapport qualité prix est prix est bon.

We took the room with the jacuzzi on the river
It was fabulous
The only recommendation I have is if possible to request a room that is not so near the restaurant ( they close at 10pm) if u mind to have quite otherwise it doesn’t matter .

Beautiful place and location is great quiet and restful we took the boat trip and had a great time it’s right on the lagoon ! The garden is stunning!
