Pros:

Wat een heerlijke dagen hebben wij hier gehad. De kamer aan het meer is echt een aanrader. En elke dag gebruik maken van de en kajak en de sup. Ook de boottocht vanaf de stijger is een aanrader. Leuk om mee te beginnen als je net aan komt om zo het meer al te verkennen.

Wonderful hotel in Bacalar!
Pros:

Wonderful, relaxing and super chill hotel and restaurant. Very nice pool (it was warm, but not too warm! Very comfortable!). All the staff were great. Special shout out to Leticia who is so sweet she made our time at the restaurant really nice. To all the the staff including Willy and Jose and all the others thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent séjour mais attention à l’entretien
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé face a la lagune le personnel au top et le restaurant excellent par contre attention à l’entretien notamment à la piscine ou les lits de piscine et le sol autour de la piscine devraient être nettoyés quotidiennement car souillés de caca d’oiseau dommage !

Pros:

Amazing stay in Bacalar! The service was outstanding from start to finish. Special thanks to concierge Alexander Barranco and the front desk team for their kindness and attention.
The restaurant was exceptional — Williams, Gerardo, and Ivan provided excellent service, and the food was truly outstanding.
We also had a beautiful private romantic dinner by the dock, which was a very special experience. Our room (#36) had a private jacuzzi and direct access to the lagoon — absolutely perfect.
The massages… WOW!!!
Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

Pros:

My family had an amazing time in Bacalar! The staff at Rancho Encantado were so friendly and helpful and helped make our stay such a good experience. Alexander was so helpful in helping us find reliable transportation and arrange other things in our itinerary, such as a sailing activity on the lagoon and going to the spa. He went above and beyond in helping set up a fun day for my son’s birthday while we we were there. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good and the staff at the restaurant were super kind. Overall, the staff was so helpful and kind and we would definitely recommend hotel rancho encantado.
