Reserve y pedí dos camas, lo cual al parecer no apareció así en mi registro, tuve que pagar extra por una cama más y e dieron un cuarto muy feo ni siquiera silla para poder trabajar ni escritorio tomando en cuenta que escogi un hotel segun cómodo porque iba de trabajo
Tuve un gran gran contratiempo un día cuando ya iba a salir para mi congreso, estaban trapeando frente al escritorio de recepción, el letrero de precaución no estaba en un lugar visible de hecho solo había un señalamiento que no se veía, pase por ahí y me caí y golpíe fuertemente, la verdad solo me ayudaron a levantarme la persona que estaba en el escritorio y no hubo mayor atención o preocupación por mi estado, eso es muy grave, pudo pasar a mayores y no me dejo buena experiencia

Pésimo servicio postventa. Me hospedé y consumí en el restaurante. Solicité factura el día de mi salida; me mandaron a una página web. Al intentar facturar días después (dentro de los 30 días legales), me dijeron que “ya pasó el mes”. No quisieron emitir los CFDI pese a estar obligados. Si valoran cumplir con sus obligaciones fiscales, mejor busquen otro hotel.
