The location is great

Cons:

Staff were unorganised. Check in was a hot mess. Blamed the system being down. Than told me I had to wait (arrived at 2) as the room wasnt ready.
Had to go back to reception as the key wasnt coded. Would not work for the elevator or room.
Took another 10 odd minutes of standing around waiting for them to fix the issue. This may seem like a none issue for some. But I paid close to $400 for the room. The room was clean. The bathroom had a smell to it but was clean. The room was presented well. Just the front staff and issue. The cleaners were very friendly and helpful.
