A localização do hotel é excelente. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Os móveis do hotel eram bastante antigos. Os sofás de um e três lugares no saguão estavam desgastados. O café da manhã foi medíocre. Eu esperava um café da manhã melhor. Como cheguei de carro, teria sido melhor se o hotel tivesse estacionamento próprio. Dinheiro não é problema nenhum, mas como estou vindo de outra cidade, estava procurando um estacionamento confiável.

O hotel Não fornece room service, não tem restaurante, quarto e banheiro apertados, móveis do quarto deteriorados, a televisão só liga e desliga tirando o cabo de uma tomada que não estava fixada na parede. Estava solta e saiu faísca qdo conectei. Quarto Sem janela. Me senti sufocada. Muito barulho de quem chega e quem sai. Travesseiros duros. Péssimo!

Un Trato genial y muy comodo.
Pros:

Todo en general tiene muy buena calidad precio, el desayuno muy completo, las habitaciones limpias y calidas y las instalaciones como la piscina muy agradable.

El tema de las llaves de la habitacion.

Super Lage , Gute Ausstattung, Personal konnte teilweise Englisch sprechen - was in Rio nicht üblich ist , hilfreich für Menschen wie mich ohne Portugiesisch Kenntnisse.



Wir haben ein Zimmer Upgrade bekommen , auf ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Wirklich schöner Blick und eine Möglichkeit die Aussicht nochmal anders zu erleben über die Copacabana.
- Schön wären Stühle auf dem Balkon gewesen , gab es leider nicht.

Ausstattung ist wie in vielen Kommentaren steht in die Jahre gekommen , aber es wird nach und nach etwas gemacht.

Keine 4 Sterne Qualität wie in Deutschland/ Europa , aber für den Preis aufjedenfall eine gute Wahl.

PS:

Von der Rezeption kriegt man einen Gutschein für einen Cocktail , in einem BBQ Restaurant um die Ecke , mein Tipp lasst das Restaurant weg es gibt deutlich bessere in Rio

Cons:

エアコンから水が垂れていた。入室時に金庫がロックされていて使えなかった。カーテンが破れていて、遮光カーテンに関しては窓より小さいサイズだった。デスクはあったが椅子がなかった。バスタオルはあったがフェイスタオルが準備されていなかった。依頼しても届けられなかった。
