Two Nights Of Hell
Pros:

Terrible upkeep of the property. Worst breakfast offering we have ever encountered at a hotel so far in our lifetime.

Not a Great Hotel for AnyOne
Pros:

It is NOT a place where I would stay. The hotel is very old. The bath tubs are to high to get in and are not appropriate for people with disabilities. The breakfast is NOT worth the extra $30.00 Dollars they charged. Overall I would recommend you stay as far away from this hotel as you can. The people are friendly but not really service oriented. I requested two extra pillows and never got them. They did not have enough toilet paper in the room either.

Pros:

I have never felt the need to leave a review before but after an extremely disappointing stay I hope it helps others.
The description of the hotel is misleading as my room was lacking a few of the things it says it has.
The most important thing it does not have I'd WI FI IN THE ROOMS. Although the description says it has, the only place it is available is in the reception.

The other des appointment was to notice the numerouse signs warning that one should not leave any valuables in the room as the hotel does not take responsability for loss or stollen things from the room.
I left the room, closed the balcony door and took my laptop, iPad, external had drive, etc with me as the sign said.
When we came back the cleaner HAD LEFT THE BALCONEY UNLOCKED!!!!!!
Fortunately there was nothing missing although valuables were with my wife and me but I feel it is unreal that the put up a sign saying the do not accept for responsability for losses or stolen property and then the hotel staff goes and places my belongings at risk!
I brought it to the attention of the reception clerck but found him dissmising and manager was not available for follow up.
Any way that was my experience and would never return.

It was alright, but...
Pros:

The sorroundings of this hotel are really good; the neighborhood is calm considering that Reñaca is quite a crowded beach. The construction is quite old, and the rooms are not so well equipped (only tv, not a single table to put stuff on top). The bathroom was really old, they could definitely do some effort to give you some more comfortability on these issues.
I might conclude that the premises are alright, but they're way too simple.
