La gentillesse du personnel qui a résolu notre problème de mini bar qui ne fonctionnait pas.

I needed a place to stay and the only convenience for me was that it was near the station.
The day i landed, the guy at the reception seemed very unaware of what he was doing. When i asked him questions and all he didn’t seem to bother mucha nd worst he gave us the wrong time for breakfast (saying breakfast ends at 11AM). When we went to our room upstairs the ladies who were on shift that day started fighting loudly next to the corridor of our room and we had to put loid music on not to hear them. We eventually reported this to the night reception who seemed shocked to hear this. As instructed by the morning reception we went to breakfast the next morning at 10:20 as we were instructed that lunch ends at 11:00AM and the kitchen staff was moaning about it to her colleague loud enough for us to hear it.
The breakfast was already cold by that time and obviously there isn’t much choice neither. Plus looks like the hotel is under renovation so in my opinion it would be best to close until the renovation is over as it is not convenient to stay in this type of situation
and there is no value for our money as tourists.
Also people who have long legs might find it difficult to use the room’s toilet because there isn’t enough leg room.
In a nutshell, there was no value for money, staffs were not professionals and lack of choice for breakfast.
Il bagno molto confortevole. La vasca era direttamente in camera, molto scenografica, mentre il servizio in uno stanzino a parte.

Le déjeuner pas top du tout.. il y’avais 2-3 viennoiseries qq jus yaourt et 2/3 tranches de fromage bien dommage, les travaux des 8h du matin .. je pense que ça aurait été mieux de fermer pendant vos travaux car très dérangeant impossible de se reposer.
