je retiens cet hotel pour mon prochain sejour
Pros:

la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite
attention l'eau a des difficultes à s'écouler dans la douche :à vérifier et la fermeture de la fenêtre aussi
chambre agreable car isolée du bruit(chambre supérieure)

Cons:

les choses qui dysfonctionnaient vont être résolu comme l'ascenseur et la véranda qui est en rénovation va être superbe

Good hotel for the price
Pros:

The old man at the front desk in the morning was rather unfriendly. When I asked him questions he seemed irritated. I felt very unwelcome. This is sad considering he is the first point of contact for this hotel. I saw other guests complained about the same person.

Aside from that. The location is perfect, my room was nice, and the AC worked fine.

Pros:

Servei efectiu per a una nit a París, abans de prendre un tren a l'estació de Montparnasse.
Atenció del personal satisfactòria, amb possibilitat de deixar les maletes prèviament al check-in.

Hotel bien situé avec garage privatif
Pros:

situation excellente de l’hôtel. Garage privé très utile et sûr. Toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil. Chambre propre. Salle de bains convenable.

Cons:

chambre un peu petite. Nous n'avions pas demandé le petit déjeuner et nous avons bien fait. Il est très cher.

Perfect budgetstay close to Train station
Pros:

- Perfect location for both the metro (3 minute walk) and Gare Monparnesse train station (12 minute walk). I had a 7am train and the hotel worked perfectly!
- Polite, professional and friendly staff who I felt were very efficient
- As a solo female traveller I felt very safe
- I only stayed for one night but got a huge and very comfortable room
- provided ample toiletries and towels

Cons:

- This is a budget hotel which shows in some features but I have no complaints. I was more than comfortable for my one night stay
