Pros:

We had a lovely stay in Kyoto at the Vista Premio. The hotel is exceptionally well located with endless shopping and restaurants practically on your doorstep. A short walk to Gion area also. The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Kiva hotelli erinomaisella paikalla Kioton keskustassa.
Pros:

Erittäin hyvä sijainti, japanilaisittain isot huoneet. Vastaanotosta sai hyvää palvelua, suosituksia ruokapaikoista ja kartan.

Cons:

Hotellin vastaanotossakaan ei kaikki henkilökunnan jäsenet puhuneet hyvää englantia, mutta siihen sai Japanissa tottua muutenkin. Osa henkilökunnasta puhui erinomaista englantia.

Pros:

Very good location around Gion and Kawaramachi with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance, which was quite convenient for a short stay. The room was well-planned for the size we chose, with space for putting your stuff.

Cons:

The shower curtain was a bit smelly (they could exchange it from time to time), and the bed was very soft with poor-quality pillows. Also the aircon was to close to bed, so we had to turn it off for night which made it quite warm at night

Nice size room with a bathtub and a nice buffet breakfast
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. We were offered toiletries at check-in. My rate included breakfast. They had many items in the buffet. The room was a good size. I enjoyed the bathtub.

Cons:

They should offer the ice cream in the later afternoon or evening. I did two day trips from Kyoto Station so it probably would have been more convenient closer to the station.

Liked this stay!
Pros:

Bicycles available for a fee, but their quality was so-so. Bell didn't work.

Cons:

Part of the room was poorly lit. Coffee machine at breakfast malfunctioned or needed service frequently.

Pros:

La struttura ha un'ottima posizione e letti comodi.si può fare colazione nei dintorni. Spediscono i bagagli.

Cons:

Non aveva un amenity bar se non al check in... la pulizia non è mai stata fatta se non per gli asciugamani, nonostante siamo stati 4 notti. Onestamente per essere un 4 stelle meno accogliente di altri hotel provati. Non aveva finestre e non c'era ricambio d'aria
