Pros:

We loved our stay at Hotel Guida. We were lucky to have a ground level room next to the pool. Our room was quiet, comfy and clean. We did not have the breakfast but enjoyed our meal at the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. The location was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. An absolute gem in Samara and we are already looking forward to returning.

Pros:

Las zonas comunes : zona de desayuno y piscinas.
El personal del hotel es estupendo, muy amables todos.

Cons:

La habitación al estar en planta baja era muy oscura, había que tener la luz dada de día....
El baño ha conocido tiempos mejores, necesita una remodelación.
El wifi: nos resultó imposible conectarnos, tenía que aparecer un mensaje para introducir nombre y correo pero el mensaje no aparecía. Solicitamos ayuda al personal ( que reitero que fueron muy amables) pero no hubo forma de conectar. Tampoco se conectaba al wifi la TV de la habitación y cuando lo hacía la intensidad era tan baja que se desconectaba enseguida...

Особо ничего досталась комната с окна которой выходили на улицу. Постоянный шум, звукоизоляция ужасная. Комната расположена над кухней ресторана- запахи и звуки до поздней ночи

The hotel and pool are loverly and the staff are very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

The noise from the traffic made relaxing difficult. I know this cannot be helped due to its location. Tea or coffee making in the room would have been nice.
